Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5386
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever withdraws his hand from obedience to the rightful ruler of his time, his plea will not be accepted on the Day of Resurrection, and whoever dies deserting the Jama'ah (main body of Muslims) dies the death of Jahiliyyah (pre-Islamic ignorance)."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”جو شخص صحیح حکمران وقت کی اطاعت سے ہاتھ کھینچتا ہے، قیامت کے دن اس کی کوئی حجت قبول نہ ہو گی اور جو شخص جماعت کو چھوڑ کر مرگیا تو وہ جاہلیت کی موت مرا۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Jo shakhs sahih hakumran waqt ki ita'at se hath khenchta hai, qayamat ke din us ki koi hujjat qubool na ho gi aur jo shakhs jamaat ko chhod kar mar gaya to woh jahiliyyat ki maut mara."
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" مَنْ نَزَعَ يَدًا مِنْ طَاعَةٍ، فَلَا حُجَّةَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَمَنْ مَاتَ مُفَارِقًا لِلْجَمَاعَةِ، فَقَدْ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً".
