Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5390
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) went towards the camels' enclosure. I also went with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and was on his right side. A short while later, Sayyidina Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) came from the front. I moved from my place, and he came to the right side of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), while I stood on the left. Meanwhile, Sayyidina Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) also arrived. I again moved from my place, and he came to the left side of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). When the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) reached the camels' enclosure, he saw some leather containers filled with wine. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) asked me for a knife. I came to know of something called a "knife" on that very day! Anyway, on the Prophet's command, those containers were ripped open. Then, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "May Allah's curse be upon the wine, the one who drinks it, the one who serves it, the one who sells it, the one who buys it, the one who carries it, the one who asks for it to be carried, the one who extracts it, the one who gets it extracted, and the one who consumes its price."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ اونٹوں کے باڑے کی طرف تشریف لے گئے، میں بھی نبی ﷺ کے ساتھ چلا گیا، میں نبی ﷺ کی دائیں جانب تھا، تھوڑی دیر بعد سامنے سے سیدنا ابوبکر رضی اللہ عنہ آتے ہوئے دکھائی دئیے، میں اپنی جگہ سے ہٹ گیا، وہ نبی ﷺ کی دائیں طرف آ گئے اور میں بائیں جانب، اتنے میں سیدنا عمر رضی اللہ عنہ بھی آ گئے، میں پھر اپنی جگہ سے ہٹ گیا اور وہ نبی ﷺ کے بائیں جانب آ گئے۔ جب نبی ﷺ اونٹوں کے باڑے میں پہنچے تو وہاں کچھ مشکیزے نظر آئے جن میں شراب تھی، نبی ﷺ نے مجھ سے چھری منگوائی، مجھے چھری نامی کسی چیز کا اسی دن پتہ چلا، بہرحال! نبی ﷺ کے حکم پر ان مشکیزوں کو چاک کر دیا گیا، پھر نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”شراب پر، اس کے پینے اور پلانے والے پر، اس کے بیچنے اور خریدنے والے پر، اس کے اٹھانے اور اٹھوانے والے پر، اس کے نچوڑنے اور نچڑوانے والے پر، اور اس کی قیمت کھانے پر لعنت ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki aik martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) oonton ke baarey ki taraf tashreef le gaye, main bhi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke sath chala gaya, main Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki daini janib tha, thodi der baad samne se Sayyidna Abubakar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) aate hue dikhayi diye, main apni jagah se hat gaya, woh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki daini taraf aa gaye aur main bayein janib, itne mein Sayyidna Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) bhi aa gaye, main phir apni jagah se hat gaya aur woh Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke bayein janib aa gaye. Jab Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) oonton ke baarey mein pahunche to wahan kuchh mashkizey nazar aaye jin mein sharaab thi, Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne mujhse chhuri mangwai, mujhe chhuri nami kisi cheez ka usi din pata chala, beherhaal! Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke hukm par un mashkizon ko chak kar diya gaya, phir Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Sharaab par, uske piney aur pilane wale par, uske bechne aur kharidne wale par, uske uthane aur uthwane wale par, uske nichorne aur nicharwane wale par, aur uski qeemat khane par laanat hai."
حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو طُعْمَةَ ، قَالَ ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ: لَا أَعْرِفُ إِيشْ اسْمُهُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ ، يَقُولُ: خَرَجَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْمِرْبَدِ، فَخَرَجْتُ مَعَهُ، فَكُنْتُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَأَقْبَلَ أَبُو بَكْرٍ فَتَأَخَّرْتُ لَهُ، فَكَانَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَكُنْتُ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ، ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عُمَرُ، فَتَنَحَّيْتُ لَهُ، فَكَانَ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ، فَأَتَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمِرْبَدَ، فَإِذَا بِأَزْقَاقٍ عَلَى الْمِرْبَدِ فِيهَا خَمْرٌ، قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: فَدَعَانِي رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِالْمُدْيَةِ، قَالَ: وَمَا عَرَفْتُ الْمُدْيَةَ إِلَّا يَوْمَئِذٍ، فَأَمَرَ بِالزِّقَاقِ فَشُقَّتْ، ثُمَّ قَالَ:" لُعِنَتْ الْخَمْرُ، وَشَارِبُهَا، وَسَاقِيهَا، وَبَائِعُهَا، وَمُبْتَاعُهَا، وَحَامِلُهَا، وَالْمَحْمُولَةُ إِلَيْهِ، وَعَاصِرُهَا، وَمُعْتَصِرُهَا، وَآكِلُ ثَمَنِهَا".
