Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5540
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, "Whoever sells date-palm trees that have been grafted, their fruits will belong to the seller, unless the buyer makes a condition. And whoever sells a wealthy slave, all his wealth will belong to the seller, unless the buyer makes a condition."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”جو شخص پیوندکاری کئے ہوئے کھجوروں کے درخت بیچتا ہے تو اس کا پھل بھی بائع (بچنے والا) کا ہو گا الاّ یہ کہ مشتری (خریدنے والا) شرط لگادے اور جو شخص کسی مالدار غلام کو بیچے تو اس کا سارا مال بائع (بچنے والا) کا ہو گا الاّ یہ کہ مشتری (خریدنے والا) شرط لگا دے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Jo shakhs paywandkari kiye huye khajooron ke darakht bechta hai to uska phal bhi baie (bechne wala) ka hoga illa ye ki mushtaree (kharidne wala) shart lagade aur jo shakhs kisi maaldaar gulaam ko beche to uska sara maal baie (bechne wala) ka hoga illa ye ki mushtaree (kharidne wala) shart laga de."
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، أَخْبَرَنَا الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" مَنْ بَاعَ نَخْلًا قَدْ أُبِّرَتْ، فَثَمَرَتُهَا لِلْبَائِعِ، وَمَنْ بَاعَ عَبْدًا لَهُ مَالٌ، فَمَالُهُ لِلْبَائِعِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَشْتَرِطَ الْمُبْتَاعُ".
