Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5541
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "A person in the state of Ihram is allowed to kill five animals: a scorpion, a rat, a kite, a crow and a rabid dog."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا کہ محرم پانچ قسم کے جانوروں کو مار سکتا ہے بچھو چوہے، چیل، کوے اور باؤلے کتے کو۔
Sayyidina Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki ek martaba Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya ki miqaat paanch qisam ke janwaron ko maar sakta hai bichhu chuhe cheel qawve aur baule kutte ko.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الطُّفَاوِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" يَقْتُلُ الْمُحْرِمُ خَمْسًا: الْحُدَيَّا، وَالْغُرَابَ، وَالْفَأْرَةَ، وَالْعَقْرَبَ، وَالْكَلْبَ الْعَقُورَ".
