Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5600
Narrated Sayyiduna Ibn `Umar (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would also stop at Dhu Tuwa on his way to Makkah, spend the night there and offer the Fajr prayer there. The Prophet's (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) place of prayer was on a large mound, not in the mosque that is there now, but below it on a rough and large mound.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ مکہ مکرمہ آتے ہوئے ”ذی طویٰ“ میں بھی پڑاؤ کرتے تھے، رات وہیں گزارتے اور فجر کی نماز بھی وہیں ادا فرماتے، اس مقام پر نبی ﷺ کی جائے نماز ایک موٹے سے ٹیلے پر تھی، اس مسجد میں نہیں جو وہاں اب بنا دی گئی ہے، بلکہ اس سے نیچے ایک کھردرے اور موٹے ٹیلے پر تھی۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Makkah Mukarramah aate huye "Zi Tawa" mein bhi padav karte thay, raat wahin guzarte aur fajr ki namaz bhi wahin ada farmate, is maqam par Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ki jaga namaz ek mote se teile par thi, is masjid mein nahin jo wahan ab bana di gayi hai, balki is se niche ek khurdure aur mote teile par thi.
(حديث موقوف) وَقَالَ وَقَالَ نَافِعٌ : إِنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ" يَنْزِلُ بِذِي طُوًى، يَبِيتُ بِهِ حَتَّى يُصَلِّيَ صَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ حِينَ قَدِمَ إِلَى مَكَّةَ"، وَمُصَلَّى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَلِكَ عَلَى أَكَمَةٍ غَلِيظَةٍ، لَيْسَ فِي الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي بُنِيَ ثَمَّ، وَلَكِنْ أَسْفَلَ مِنْ ذَلِكَ، عَلَى أَكَمَةٍ خَشِنَةٍ غَلِيظَةٍ.
