Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5654
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "It is not permissible for the collector of Zakat to stay in a place for some time and call the payers of Zakat, nor is it permissible for the payers of Zakat to make the collector of Zakat go back and forth at their command, and marriage in exchange of marriage has no place in Islam."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”زکوٰۃ وصول کر نے والے کا کچھ دور قیام کر کے زکوٰۃ دینے والوں کو بلانا یا زکوٰۃ دینے والوں کا زکوٰۃ وصول کر نے والے کو اپنے حکم سے آگے پیچھے کرنا صحیح نہیں ہے اور وٹے سٹے کے نکاح کی اسلام میں کوئی حیثیت نہیں ہے۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Zakat wusul karne wale ka kuch daur qayam kar ke zakat dene walon ko bulana ya zakat dene walon ka zakat wusul karne wale ko apne hukum se aage peeche karna sahih nahin hai aur wate sate ke nikah ki Islam mein koi haisiyat nahin hai.“.
حَدَّثَنَا قُرَادٌ أَبُو نُوحٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا جَلَبَ وَلَا جَنَبَ وَلَا شِغَارَ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ".
