Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5660

It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used to pray on a mat.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ چٹائی پر نماز پڑھ لیا کرتے تھے۔

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْبَهِيِّ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" يُصَلِّي عَلَى الْخُمْرَةِ".
