Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5693

It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn 'Umar (رضي الله تعالى عنه) that the Prophet (ﷺ) gave him a silken garment and gifted Sayyidna Usama (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a linen garment and said, "That part of it which trails on the ground will be in Hell-fire."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے انہیں ایک ریشمی جو ڑا دیا اور سیدنا اسامہ رضی اللہ عنہ کو کتان کا جوڑا عطاء فرمایا اور ارشاد فرمایا کہ اس کا جو حصہ زمین پر لگے کا وہ جہنم میں ہو گا۔

Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne unhen ek reshmi joda diya aur Sayyidna Usama (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ko kattan ka joda ataa farmaya aur irshad farmaya ki iska jo hissa zameen par lagega woh jahannam mein hoga.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الزُّبَيْرِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَقِيلٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَسَاهُ حُلَّةً سِيَرَاءَ، وَكَسَا أُسَامَةَ قُبْطِيَّتَيْنِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ:" مَا مَسَّ الْأَرْضَ فَهُوَ فِي النَّارِ".
