Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5702
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There will come upon you rulers who will command you to do things which they themselves do not do, and whoever confirms their falsehood and helps them in their oppression, he has nothing to do with me and I have nothing to do with him, and he shall not be able to come near me at the Hawdh (Cistern of Kawthar)."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”عنقریب تم پر ایسے امراء آئیں گے جو تمہیں ایسی چیزوں کا حکم دیں گے جو خود نہیں کرتے ہوں گے، جو ان کے جھوٹ کی تصدیق کرے اور ان کے ظلم پر ان کی مدد کرے گا، اس کا مجھ سے کوئی تعلق نہیں ہے اور میرا اس سے کوئی تعلق نہیں ہے اور وہ حوض کوثر پر میرے پاس نہ آ سکے گا۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: “Anqareeb tum par aise umara ayenge jo tumhein aisi cheezon ka hukm denge jo khud nahin karte honge, jo unke jhoot ki tasdeeq kare aur unke zulm par unki madad karega, uska mujhse koi ta'lluq nahin hai aur mera usse koi ta'lluq nahin hai aur wo Hauz-e-Kausar par mere paas na aa sakega.”
حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قُعَيْسٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" سَيَكُونُ عَلَيْكُمْ أُمَرَاءُ يَأْمُرُونَكُمْ بِمَا لَا يَفْعَلُونَ، فَمَنْ صَدَّقَهُمْ بِكِذْبِهِمْ، وَأَعَانَهُمْ عَلَى ظُلْمِهِمْ، فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ، وَلَنْ يَرِدَ عَلَيَّ الْحَوْضَ".
