Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5758
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (RA) that I have preserved ten rak'ahs from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) besides the obligatory prayers: two rak'ahs before the Zuhr prayer and two rak'ahs after it, two rak'ahs after the Maghrib prayer and two rak'ahs after the Isha prayer, and two rak'ahs before the Fajr prayer.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی ﷺ سے فرض نمازوں کے علاوہ دس رکعتیں محفوظ کی ہیں ظہر کی نماز سے قبل دو رکعتیں اور اس کے بعد دو رکعتیں، نیز مغرب کے بعد دو رکعتیں اور عشاء کے بعد دو رکعتیں نماز فجر سے پہلے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki maine Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se farz namaazon ke ilawa das rakaten mahfooz ki hain zuhar ki namaz se pehle do rakaaten aur uske baad do rakaaten, neez maghrib ke baad do rakaaten aur isha ke baad do rakaaten namaz fajr se pehle.
حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ ، سَمِعْتُ الْمُغِيرَةَ بْنَ سَلْمَانَ يُحَدِّثُ فِي بَيْتِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ، أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ:" حَفِظْتُ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَشْرَ رَكَعَاتٍ سِوَى الْفَرِيضَةِ: رَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الظُّهْرِ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الظُّهْرِ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْمَغْرِبِ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ بَعْدَ الْعِشَاءِ، وَرَكْعَتَيْنِ قَبْلَ الْغَدَاةِ".
