Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5800
Nafi' said that once in Wadi Dhi Jinnan, Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) ordered the Adhan (call to prayer) and then announced, "Pray in your tents." He then narrated, on the authority of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), that during journeys, on cold nights or rainy nights, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would order the Adhan and then announce, "Pray in your tents."

نافع کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ ”وادی ضجنان“ میں سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے نماز کا کے لئے اذان دلوائی، پھر یہ منادی کر دی کہ اپنے اپنے خیموں میں نماز پڑھ لو، اور نبی ﷺ کے حوالے سے یہ حدیث بیان فرمائی کہ نبی ﷺ بھی دوران سفر سردی کی راتوں میں یا بارش والی راتوں میں نماز کا اعلان کر کے یہ منادی کر دیتے تھے کہ اپنے اپنے خیموں میں نماز پڑھ لو۔
Nafe kehte hain ki ek martaba Wadi Dijanan mein Sayyidna Ibn Umar Radi Allahu anhuma ne namaz ke liye azan dilwai, phir ye munaddi kar di ki apne apne khaimon mein namaz parh lo, aur Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ke hawale se ye hadees bayan farmai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) bhi dauran safar sardi ki raaton mein ya barish wali raaton mein namaz ka elan kar ke ye munaddi kar dete the ki apne apne khaimon mein namaz parh lo.
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ , أَنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ : نَادَى بِالصَّلَاةِ فِي لَيْلَةٍ ذَاتِ بَرْدٍ وَرِيحٍ، ثُمّ قَالَ فِي آخِرِ نِدَائِهِ: أَلَا صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ، أَلَا صَلُّوا فِي رِحَالِكُمْ، أَلَا صَلُّوا فِي الرِّحَالِ، فَإِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" كَانَ يَأْمُرُ الْمُؤَذِّنَ إِذَا كَانَتْ لَيْلَةٌ بَارِدَةٌ، أَوْ ذَاتُ مَطَرٍ، أَوْ ذَاتُ رِيحٍ فِي السَّفَرِ أَلَا صَلُّوا فِي الرِّحَالِ".
