Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5930
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No two nights should pass for any person who owes a right to another, except that his will is written with him."
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”کسی شخص پر اگر کسی کا حق ہو تو اس پر دو راتیں اس طرح نہیں گزرنی چاہئیں کہ اس کی وصیت اس کے پاس لکھی ہوئی نہ ہو۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Kisi shakhs par agar kisi ka haq ho to us par do raaten is tarah nahin guzarni chahiye ki us ki wasiyat us ke pass likhi hui na ho.“
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ لَهُ شَيْءٌ يُوصِي فِيهِ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ إِلَّا وَوَصِيَّتُهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ عِنْدَهُ".
