Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5959
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the day of the conquest of Makkah, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) passed by a slain woman and said, "She was not one of the fighters." Then, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade the killing of women and children.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ فتح مکہ کے دن ایک مقتول عورت کے پاس سے گزرے تو فرمایا کہ یہ تو لڑنے والی نہیں تھی، پھر آپ ﷺ نے عورتوں اور بچوں کو قتل کرنے سے روک دیا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) Fath Makkah ke din ek maqtool aurat ke paas se guzre to farmaya ki yeh to ladne wali nahin thi, phir Aap (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne auraton aur bachchon ko qatl karne se rok diya.
حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ: مَرَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِامْرَأَةٍ يَوْمَ فَتْحِ مَكَّةَ مَقْتُولَةٍ، فَقَالَ:" مَا كَانَتْ هَذِهِ تُقَاتِلُ!" ثُمَّ نَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ.
