Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5970
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that a man mentioned to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that people cheat me in business. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "You should say: 'There is no cheating in this transaction.'" So the man started saying that.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ ایک آدمی نے نبی ﷺ سے یہ بات ذکر کی کہ لوگ مجھے بیع میں دھوکہ دے دیتے ہیں۔ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”تم یوں کہہ لیا کرو کہ اس بیع میں کوئی دھوکہ نہیں ہے چنانچہ وہ آدمی یہ کہنے لگا تھا۔“
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki ek aadmi ne Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) se ye baat zikar ki ke log mujhe bay mein dhoka de dete hain. Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: "Tum yun kah liya karo ki is bay mein koi dhoka nahin hai chunancha woh aadmi ye kahne laga tha."
حَدَّثَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ دُكَيْنٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ , يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَجُلٌ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِنِّي أُخْدَعُ فِي الْبَيْعِ، فَقَالَ:" إِذَا بَايَعْتَ فَقُلْ: لَا خِلَابَةَ"، فَكَانَ الرَّجُلُ يَقُولُهُ.
