Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 5975
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) once sent some people to kill dogs, and I was among them. We started killing dogs until a woman from the countryside came, and we killed her dog as well.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے ایک مرتبہ کتوں کو مارنے کے لئے چند لوگوں کو بھیجا جن میں میں بھی شامل تھا، ہم لوگ کتے مارنے لگے حتی کہ ایک عورت دیہات سے آئی ہوئی تھی، ہم نے اس کا کتا بھی مار دیا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne ek martaba kutton ko marne ke liye chand logon ko bheja jin mein main bhi shamil tha, hum log kutte marne lage hatta ki ek aurat dehaat se aayi hui thi, humne uska kutta bhi maar diya.
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا , يَقُولُ: قَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ :" بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي قَتْلِ الْكِلَابِ" فَكُنْتُ فِيمَنْ بَعَثَ فَقَتَلْنَا الْكِلَابَ، حَتَّى وَجَدْنَا امْرَأَةً قَدِمَتْ مِنَ الْبَادِيَةِ، فَقَتَلْنَا كَلْبًا لَهَا.
