Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6048
It is narrated on the authority of our leader Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him and his father) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "He who withdraws his hand from obedience to the rightful ruler of his time, will meet Allah on the Day of Judgement with no argument (in his favor), and he who dies without having sworn allegiance to (the Muslim) group, has died the death of ignorance (Jahiliyyah)."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: جو شخص صحیح حکمران وقت کی اطاعت سے ہاتھ کھینچتا ہے قیامت کے دن اس کی کوئی حجت قبول نہ ہو گی اور جو شخص " جماعت " کو چھوڑ کر مرگیا تو وہ جاہلیت کی موت مرا۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Jo shakhs sahih hakumran waqt ki ita'at se hath khenchta hai qayamat ke din uski koi hujjat qubool na ho gi aur jo shakhs "jama'at" ko chhod kar mar gaya to woh jahiliyyat ki maut mara.
حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" مَنْ نَزَعَ يَدًا مِنْ طَاعَةٍ، فَلَا حُجَّةَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، وَمَنْ مَاتَ مُفَارِقًا لِلْجَمَاعَةِ، فَقَدْ مَاتَ مِيتَةً جَاهِلِيَّةً".
