Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6060
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "None of you should sell over the sale of his brother, nor should he send his marriage proposal when his brother has already sent his."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے اور اپنے بھائی کے پیغام نکاح پر اپنا پیغام نکاح نہ بھیجے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Tum mein se koi shakhs apne bhai ki bay'a par bay'a na kare aur apne bhai ke paigham nikah par apna paigham nikah na bheje.
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" لَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ بَعْضٍ".
