Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6088
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “None of you should sell over the sale of his brother, nor should he send a marriage proposal over the marriage proposal of his brother, except that he has his permission."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: تم میں سے کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے اور اپنے بھائی کے پیغام نکاح پر اپنا پیغام نکاح نہ بھیجے الاّ یہ کہ اسے اس کی اجازت مل جائے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Tum mein se koi shakhs apne bhai ki bay par bay na kare aur apne bhai ke paigham nikah par apna paigham nikah na bheje illa yeh ki use is ki ijazat mil jaye.
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ ، حَدَّثَنِي حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، رَفَعَهُ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ"، أَوْ قَالَ:" إِلَّا أَنْ يَأْذَنَ لَهُ".
