Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6197
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks wine, flog him. If he drinks it again, flog him. If he drinks it a third time, flog him. And on the fourth or fifth time," he said, "kill him."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: جو شخص شراب نوشی کرے اسے کوڑے مارو دوبارہ پیئے تو پھر مارو سہ بارہ پیئے تو پھر مارو اور چوتھی یا پانچویں مرتبہ فرمایا: کہ اسے قتل کر دو۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Jo shakhs sharaab noshi kare use koore maro dobara piye to phir maro seh baara piye to phir maro aur chauthi ya panchvi martaba farmaya: Ki use qatal kar do.
حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ التَّيْمِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَبِي الْخَطَّابِ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:" مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُ، فَإِنْ شَرِبَهَا فَاجْلِدُوهُ"، فَقَالَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ أَوْ الْخَامِسَةِ: فَاقْتُلُوهُ.
