Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6228
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There are five animals which it is permissible to kill even in the state of Ihram: a scorpion, a rat, a kite, a crow and a rabid dog.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی ﷺ نے فرمایا: پانچ قسم کے جانور ہیں جنہیں حالت میں احرام میں بھی مارنے سے کوئی گناہ نہیں ہوتا بچھو، چوہے، چیل، کوے اور باؤلے کتے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: Panch qisam ke janwar hain jinhen halat e ihram mein bhi marne se koi gunah nahi hota bichhu, chuhe, cheel, kauwe aur bawle kutte.
قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ , وحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" خَمْسٌ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيْهِ الْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْحِدَأَةُ".
