Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6234
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyiduna Ibn Umar Radi Allahu Anhu that the Messenger of Allah peace and blessings of Allah be upon him said, "O Allah! Forgive those who circumcise." The people said, "O Messenger of Allah! Pray also for those who shorten (the foreskin)." The Holy Prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him said for the third time for those who shorten (the foreskin), "O Allah! Forgive those who shorten (the foreskin) too."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”اے اللہ حلق کر انے والوں کو معاف فرما دے لوگوں نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ!! قصر کر انے والوں کے لئے بھی تو دعاء فرمایئے نبی کریم ﷺ نے تیسری مرتبہ قصر کر انے والوں کے لئے فرمایا: ”کہ اے اللہ! قصر کر انے والوں کو بھی معاف فرمادے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: "Aye Allah halq karne walon ko maaf farma de." Logon ne arz kiya Ya Rasul Allah!! Qasar karne walon ke liye bhi to duaa farmaiye. Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne teesri martaba qasar karne walon ke liye farmaya: "Ke aye Allah! Qasar karne walon ko bhi maaf farma de."
قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ , وحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْ الْمُحَلِّقِينَ"، قَالُوا: وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ:" اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لِلْمُحَلِّقِينَ"، قَالُوا: وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ؟ قَالَ:" وَالْمُقَصِّرِينَ".
