Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6327
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying on the pulpit that when a person comes for Friday, he should take a bath and come.

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو برسر منبر یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جب کوئی شخص جمعہ کے لئے آئے تو اسے چاہئے کہ غسل کر کے آئے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko barsar mimbar ye farmate huye suna hai ki jab koi shakhs Jumma ke liye aaye to use chahiye ki ghusl kar ke aaye.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا , يَقُولُ: قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ يَقُولُ:" مَنْ أَتَى الْجُمُعَةَ فَلْيَغْتَسِلْ".
