Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6371
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "None of you should make another person get up from his place and then sit in that place himself." I asked the narrator: "Is this prohibition specific to Friday?" He replied: "It includes both Friday and other days."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”کوئی شخص دوسرے کو اس کی جگہ سے اٹھا کر خود وہاں نہ بیٹھے میں نے راوی سے پوچھا کہ جمعہ کے دن ایسا کر نے کی ممانعت مراد ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: ”کہ جمعہ اور غیر جمعہ کو شامل ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Koi shakhs dusre ko uski jaga se utha kar khud wahan na baithe mein ne ravi se pucha ki jumma ke din aisa karne ki mamanat murad hai? Unhon ne farmaya: ”Ki jumma aur ghair jumma ko shamil hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ ، سَمِعْتُ نَافِعًا , يَقُولُ: إِنَّ ابْنَ عُمَرَ , قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" لَا يُقِمْ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ مِنْ مَجْلِسِهِ ثُمَّ يَخْلُفُهُ فِيهِ"، فَقُلْتُ أَنَا لَهُ , يَعْنِي ابْنَ جُرَيْجٍ , فِي يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ؟ قَالَ: فِي يَوْمِ الْجُمُعَةِ وَغَيْرِهِ.
