Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6396
A man asked Sayyiduna Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) about touching the Black Stone. He said: “I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) touching and kissing it.” The man said, “Tell me, what if there is a crowd?” He said, “Tell him that I live in Yemen, and I have seen the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) touching and kissing it.”

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے ایک آدمی نے حجر اسود کے استلام کے بارے میں پوچھا انہوں نے فرمایا: ”کہ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو اس کا استلام اور تقبیل کرتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے وہ آدمی کہنے لگایہ بتائیے اگر رش ہو تو کیا ہے؟ انہوں نے فرمایا: ”" یہ بتائیے کہ میں یمن میں رکھتا ہوں میں نے تو نبی کریم ﷺ کو اس کا استلام اور تقبیل کرتے ہوئے دیکھا ہے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se aik aadmi ne Hajar Aswad ke istelam ke bare mein poocha unhon ne farmaya: ”keh maine Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko iska istelam aur taqbil karte hue dekha hai woh aadmi kehne laga yeh bataiye agar rush ho to kya hai? Unhon ne farmaya: ”" yeh bataiye keh main Yemen mein rehta hun maine to Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko iska istelam aur taqbil karte hue dekha hai.
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، وَحَسَنُ بْنُ مُوسَى , قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا الزُّبَيْرُ بْنُ عَرَبِيٍّ ، قَالَ: سَأَلَ رَجُلٌ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنِ اسْتِلَامِ الْحَجَرِ؟ قَالَ حَسَنٌ , عَنِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَرَبِيٍّ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَجُلًا , سَأَلَ ابْنَ عُمَرَ عَنِ الْحَجَرِ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَسْتَلِمُهُ وَيُقَبِّلُهُ، فَقَالَ رَجُلٌ: أَرَأَيْتَ إِنْ زُحِمْتُ؟! فَقَالَ ابْنُ عُمَرَ: اجْعَلْ" أَرَأَيْتَ" بِالْيَمَنِ!! رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" يَسْتَلِمُهُ وَيُقَبِّلُهُ".
