Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6405
It was narrated from Ibn 'Umar that the Messenger of Allah said: "No disease is contagious and there is no such thing as bad omen. Evil could only reside in three things: a horse, a woman, and a house."
Grade: Sahih
سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”کوئی بیماری متعدی نہیں ہوتی اور بد شگونی کی کوئی حیثیت نہیں ہے نحوست تین چیزوں میں ہوسکتی تھی گھوڑے میں عورت میں اور گھر میں۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: “Koi bimari mutadi nahi hoti aur bad shaguni ki koi haisiyat nahi hai nahusat teen cheezon mein hosakti thi ghore mein aurat mein aur ghar mein.
حَدَّثَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا عَدْوَى وَلَا طِيَرَةَ، وَالشُّؤْمُ فِي ثَلَاثَةٍ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ، وَالدَّارِ، وَالدَّابَّةِ".
