Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6410
Saeed bin Umar (may Allah have mercy on him) said: Once I was sitting with Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) when a man came to him. He asked him, "To which tribe do you belong?" He said, "To the tribe of Aslam." Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "O Aslami brother! Shall I not give you good news? I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: May Allah forgive the tribe of Ghafar, and may Allah keep the tribe of Aslam safe. "

سعید بن عمرورحمتہ اللہ علیہ کہتے ہیں کہ ایک مرتبہ میں سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کے پاس بیٹھا ہوا تھا کہ ایک آدمی آیا انہوں نے اس سے پوچھا کہ تمہارا تعلق کس قبیلے سے ہے؟ اس نے کہا قبیلہ اسلم سے سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے فرمایا: ”اے اسلمی بھائی! کیا میں تمہیں خوشخبری نہ سناؤں؟ میں نے نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے قبیلہ غفار اللہ اس کی بخشش فرمائے اور قبیلہ اسلم اللہ اسے سلامت رکھے۔
Saeed bin Umar rahmatullah alaih kahte hain ke aik martaba main Sayyidna Ibn Umar razi Allah anhuma ke paas baitha hua tha ke aik aadmi aaya unhon ne us se pucha ke tumhara taluq kis qabile se hai us ne kaha qabila Aslam se Sayyidna Ibn Umar razi Allah anhuma ne farmaya ae Islami bhai kya main tumhen khushkhabri na sunaon main ne Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate hue suna hai qabila Ghafar Allah us ki bakhshish farmaye aur qabila Aslam Allah use salamat rakhe
حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْقُرَشِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ: كُنْتُ عِنْدَ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، فَجَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ، فَقَالَ: مِمَّنْ أَنْتَ؟ قَالَ: مِنْ أَسْلَمَ , قَالَ: أَلَا أُبَشِّرُكَ يَا أَخَا أَسْلَمَ؟ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" غِفَارٌ غَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهَا، وَأَسْلَمُ سَالَمَهَا اللَّهُ".
