Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6411
It is narrated on the authority of Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No one should sell over the sale of his brother, nor should he send a proposal of marriage after his brother has already proposed, unless he has his permission."

سیدنا ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا: ”کوئی شخص اپنے بھائی کی بیع پر بیع نہ کرے اور اپنے بھائی کے پیغام نکاح پر اپنا پیغام نکاح نہ بھیجے الاّیہ کہ اسے اس کی اجازت مل جائے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Umar ( (رضي الله تعالى عنه) a se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya: “Koi shakhs apne bhai ki bay par bay na kare aur apne bhai ke paigham nikah par apna paigham nikah na bheje illa yeh ki usay us ki ijazat mil jaye.”
حَدَّثَنَا عَارِمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:" لَا يَبِيعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ، إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ"، وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ:" يَأْذَنَ لَهُ".
