Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 6757
It was narrated from Ibn 'Amr that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: "The one who is most deserving of being killed on behalf of Allah is the one who kills in a sanctuary, or kills someone who is not a murderer, or kills someone due to some Jahiliyyah feud."

سیدنا ابن عمرو رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”لوگوں میں سے اللہ کے معاملے میں سب سے آگے بڑھنے والا وہ شخص ہے جو کسی حرم شریف میں قتل کرے یا کسی ایسے شخص کو قتل کرے جو قاتل نہ ہو یا دور جاہلیت کی دشمنی کی وجہ سے کسی کو قتل کرے۔
Sayyidna Ibn Amr (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”Logon mein se Allah ke mamle mein sab se aage barhne wala woh shakhs hai jo kisi haram sharif mein qatl kare ya kisi aise shakhs ko qatl kare jo qatil na ho ya door jahiliyat ki dushmani ki wajah se kisi ko qatl kare.
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سَلَمَةَ ، أَخْبَرَنِي حَبِيبٌ الْمُعَلِّمُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" إِنَّ أَعْتَى النَّاسِ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ مَنْ قَتَلَ فِي حَرَمِ اللَّهِ، أَوْ قَتَلَ غَيْرَ قَاتِلِهِ، أَوْ قَتَلَ بِذُحُولِ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ".
