Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7120
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: “The blood of one who falls down a well and dies is shed in vain (i.e., it is an accidental death, for which there is no retaliation); the blood of one who dies in an empty land is shed in vain; the blood of one who dies in the wilderness is shed in vain; and the one who finds buried treasure, one fifth of it is due (as Khums).”

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا: ”کنوئیں میں گر کر مرنے والے کا خون رائیگاں ہے، کان اور صحرا میں مرنے والے کا خون بھی رائیگاں ہے اور وہ دفینہ جو کسی کے ہاتھ لگ جائے، اس میں خمس (پانچواں حصہ) واجب ہے۔“
Hazrat Abu Huraira (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai ki Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya: ”kunwein mein gir kar marne wale ka khoon raigan hai, kaan aur sahra mein marne wale ka khoon bhi raigan hai aur wo dafeena jo kisi ke hath lag jaye, us mein khums (panchwan hissa) wajib hai.“
حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَنْصُورٌ ، وَهِشَامٌ ، عَنْ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:" الْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ، وَالْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ، وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ".
