Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 7551
It is narrated on the authority of Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: When one of you offers prayer and then keeps sitting on his prayer mat, the angels keep on saying, “O Allah! Forgive him. O Allah! Have mercy on him,” as long as he does not break his wudu or get up from there.

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ کو یہ فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے کہ جب تم میں سے کوئی شخص نماز پڑھتا ہے پھر اپنے مصلی پر ہی بیٹھتا رہتا ہے تو فرشتے مسلسل کہتے رہتے ہیں کہ اے اللہ اس کی بخشش فرما اے اللہ! اس پر رحم فرما بشرطیکہ وہ بےوضو نہ ہوجائے یا وہاں سے اٹھ نہ جائے۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ko ye farmate hue suna hai keh jab tum mein se koi shakhs namaz parhta hai phir apne musalli par hi bethta rehta hai to farishte musalsal kahte rehte hain keh aye Allah is ki bakhshish farma aye Allah is par reham farma basharte keh woh bewuzu na ho jae ya wahan se uth na jae.
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ:" إِذَا صَلَّى أَحَدُكُمْ، ثُمَّ جَلَسَ فِي مُصَلَّاهُ، لَمْ تَزَلْ الْمَلَائِكَةُ تَقُولُ: اللَّهُمَّ اغْفِرْ لَهُ، اللَّهُمَّ ارْحَمْهُ، مَا لَمْ يُحْدِثْ، أَوْ يَقُومْ".
