Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8099
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The seller and the buyer have the right to keep or return the goods as long as they have not parted or till they part, and if both the parties speak the truth and make everything clear they will be blessed in their transaction, but if they conceal anything and lie, the blessings of their transaction will be destroyed."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ رسول اللہ ﷺ نے ارشاد فرمایا بائع (بچنے والا) اور مشتری (خریدنے والا اور بیچنے والا) کو اس وقت تک اختیار رہتا ہے جب تک وہ جدا نہ ہوجائیں یا یہ کہ وہ بیع خیار ہو۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (رضي الله تعالى عنه) se marvi hai keh Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne irshad farmaya ba'e (bechne wala) aur mushtari (kharidne wala aur bechne wala) ko us waqt tak ikhtiyar rehta hai jab tak woh juda na hojain ya yeh keh woh bai'e khiyar ho.
حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ عُتْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَثِيرٍ السُّحَيْمِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مِنْ بَيْعِهِمَا مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا، أَوْ يَكُونُ بَيْعُهُمَا فِي خِيَارٍ" .
