The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)

مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه

Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8190

And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: None of you should call a vineyard a 'karm', for the real 'karm' (noble, generous) is the believing man.


Grade: Sahih

اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا تم میں سے کوئی بھی انگور کے باغ کو کرم نہ کہے کیونکہ اصل کرم تو مرد مومن ہے۔

Aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tum mein se koi bhi angoor ke bagh ko karam na kahe kyunki asal karam to mard momin hai.

وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَقُلْ أَحَدُكُمْ لِلْعِنَبِ الْكَرْمَ، إِنَّمَا الْكَرْمُ الرَّجُلُ الْمُسْلِمُ" .
