The Musnad of Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him)
مسنَد اَبِی هرَیرَةَ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه
Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 8248
And the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: I am the closest of all people to Jesus, son of Mary (peace be upon him) in this world and the hereafter. The Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) asked: O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), how is that? The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: All Prophets (peace be upon them) are brothers from one father, their mothers are different, and their religion is one. There is no Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) between me and Jesus, son of Mary (peace be upon him).

اور نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا میں تمام لوگوں میں دین و آخرت میں حضرت عیسیٰ علیہ السلام کے سب سے زیادہ قریب ہوں صحابہ کرام رضی اللہ عنہ نے پوچھا یا رسول اللہ ﷺ وہ کیسے؟ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا تمام انبیاء (علیہم السلام) باپ شریک بھائی ہیں اور ان کی مائیں مختلف ہیں اور ان کا دین ایک ہی ہے میرے اور حضرت عیسیٰ علیہ السلام کے درمیان کوئی نبی ﷺ نہیں ہے۔
Aur Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya mein tamam logon mein deen o akhirat mein Hazrat Isa Alaihis Salam ke sab se zyada qareeb hun. Sahaba kiram (رضي الله تعالى عنه) ne poocha Ya Rasul Allah (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) woh kaise? Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya tamam Anbiya Alaihimussalam baap sharik bhai hain aur unki maiyain mukhtalif hain aur unka deen ek hi hai. Mere aur Hazrat Isa Alaihis Salam ke darmiyan koi Nabi (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) nahin hai.
وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَنَا أَوْلَى النَّاسِ بِعِيسَى ابْنِ مَرْيَمَ فِي الْأُولَى وَالْآخِرَةِ"، قَالُوا: كَيْفَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، قَالَ:" الْأَنْبِيَاءُ إِخْوَةٌ مِنْ عَلَّاتٍ، وَأُمَّهَاتُهُمْ شَتَّى، وَدِينُهُمْ وَاحِدٌ، فَلَيْسَ بَيْنَنَا نَبِيٌّ" .
