Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9937
It is narrated on the authority of the freed slave of Abu Raheem that once, Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) encountered a woman who had applied perfume. He asked her, “O maidservant of the Almighty, where are you headed?” She replied, “To the mosque.” He asked, “Have you applied perfume for this reason?” She said, “Yes, I have.” He said, “The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) has said that Allah does not accept the prayer of a woman who applies perfume and leaves her home for the mosque, until she returns home and washes herself as she washes herself after being in a state of impurity.”

ابورہم کے آزاد کردہ غلام سے مروی ہے کہ ایک مرتبہ حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) کا سامنا ایک ایسی خاتون سے ہوگیا جس نے خوشبولگا رکھی تھی انہوں نے اسے پوچھا کہ اے امۃ الجبار کہاں کا ارادہ ہے ؟ اس نے کہا مسجد کا انہوں نے پوچھا کیا تم نے اسی وجہ سے خوشبو لگا رکھی ہے ؟ اس نے کہا جی ہاں۔ فرمایا کہ نبی کریم (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کا ارشاد ہے جو عورت اپنے گھر سے خوشبو لگا کر مسجد کے ارادے سے نکلے اللہ اس کی نماز کو قبول نہیں کرتا یہاں تک کہ وہ اپنے گھر واپس جا کر اسے اس طرح دھوئے جیسے ناپاکی کی حالت میں غسل کیا جاتا ہے۔
Aburham ke aazaad kardah ghulam se marvi hai ke ek martaba Hazrat Abu Huraira (RA) ka saamna ek aisi khatoon se hogaya jis ne khushbu laga rakhi thi unhon ne us se poocha ke aye Amatul Jibran kahan ka irada hai us ne kaha masjid ka unhon ne poocha kya tum ne isi wajah se khushbu laga rakhi hai us ne kaha ji haan Farmaya ke Nabi Kareem ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ka irshad hai jo aurat apne ghar se khushbu laga kar masjid ke irade se nikle Allah us ki namaz ko qubool nahin karta yahan tak ke woh apne ghar wapas ja kar use is tarah dhoye jaise napaki ki halat mein ghusl kiya jata hai.
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ عَنْ سُفْيَانَ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عُبَيْدٍ مَوْلَى أَبِي رَهْمٍ قَالَ خَرَجْتُ مَعَ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ مِنْ الْمَسْجِدِ فَرَأَى امْرَأَةً تَنْضَخُ طِيبًا لِذَيْلِهَا إِعْصَارٌ قَالَ يَا أَمَةَ الْجَبَّارِ مِنْ الْمَسْجِدِ جِئْتِ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ وَلَهُ تَطَيَّبْتِ قَالَتْ نَعَمْ قَالَ فَارْجِعِي فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ أَبَا الْقَاسِمِ يَقُولُ لَا يَقْبَلُ اللَّهُ لِامْرَأَةٍ صَلَاةً تَطَيَّبَتْ لِلْمَسْجِدِ أَوْ لِهَذَا الْمَسْجِدِ حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلَ غُسْلَهَا مِنْ الْجَنَابَةِ
