Musnad Ahmad ibn Hanbal 9997
It was narrated from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The worst type of person is the double-faced person who appears to some people with one face and to others with another face."

حضرت ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے مروی ہے کہ نبی کریم ﷺ نے فرمایا سب سے بدترین شخص وہ آدمی ہے جو دوغلا ہو ان لوگوں کے پاس ایک رخ لے کر آتا ہو اور ان لوگوں کے پاس دوسرا رخ لے کر آتا ہو۔
Hazrat Abu Huraira razi Allah anhu se marvi hai keh Nabi Kareem (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم) ne farmaya sab se badtareen shakhs wo aadmi hai jo dogla ho un logon ke paas ek rukh le kar aata ho aur un logon ke paas dusra rukh le kar aata ho.
حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ ، قََالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنِ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنِ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ , قََالَ: قََالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مِنْ شَرِّ النَّاسِ ذُو الْوَجْهَيْنِ الَّذِي يَأْتِي هَؤُلَاءِ بِوَجْهٍ وَهَؤُلَاءِ بِوَجْهٍ" .
