Hamza bin Mughirah bin Sha’bah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from his father that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was delayed (from prayer). I was with him. When he (the Prophet) finished relieving himself, he said, “Do you have some water?” I brought a utensil with water. He washed his palms and face, then started pulling out his arms. When the sleeve of his garment became tight, he put his hands under it and pulled the garment over his shoulders. Then he washed his arms and wiped his forehead, the top of his head and his feet.

(٢٦٧) حمزہ بن مغیرہ بن شعبہ (رض) اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) (نماز سے) پیچھے رہ گئے، میں بھی آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے ساتھ تھا، جب آپ قضائے حاجت سے فارغ ہوگئے تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کیا تیرے پاس پانی ہے ؟ میں پانی کا ایک برتن لے آیا تو آپ نے اپنی ہتھیلیاں اور چہرہ دھویا، پھر اپنے بازوؤں کو نکالنا شروع ہوئے، جبے کی آستین تنگ ہوگئی تو اپنے ہاتھوں کو جبے کے نیچے سے نکالا اور جبے کو اپنے کندھوں پر ڈال دیا۔ پھر اپنے بازؤ وں کو دھویا اور اپنی پیشانی، پگڑی اور موزوں پر مسح کیا۔۔۔
(267) Hamza bin Mughirah bin Shaba (RA) apne walid se naqal farmate hain ke Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) (namaz se) peeche reh gaye, main bhi aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke sath tha, jab aap qaza hajat se farigh hogaye to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: kya tere pas pani hai? Main pani ka ek bartan le aya to aap ne apni hatheliyan aur chehra dhoya, phir apne bazuon ko nikalna shuru huye, jabay ki aasteen tang hogayi to apne hathon ko jabay ke neeche se nikala aur jabay ko apne kandhon par dal diya. Phir apne bazuon ko dhoya aur apni peshani, pagri aur mozon par masah kiya...
Muqeera bin Shuba (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wiped over his socks and wiped over the front of his head and placed his hand over the turban or wiped over the turban.

(٢٦٨) سیدنا مغیرہ بن شعبہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے موزوں پر مسح کیا اور اپنے سر کے اگلے حصے کا مسح کیا اور اپنا ہاتھ پگڑی پر رکھا یا پگڑی پر مسح کیا۔
(268) Saydna Mughirah bin Shubah (RA) farmate hain keh Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apne mozon par masah kya aur apne sar ke agle hisse ka masah kya aur apna hath pagri par rakha ya pagri par masah kya.
Amr bin Wahb Thaqafi reported: We were with Mughirah bin Shubah who narrated a hadith of the Prophet (ﷺ). In it is that he (ﷺ) performed ablution and washed his face and arms, wiped his forehead and wiped over his socks and turban.

(٢٦٩) عمرو بن وھب ثقفی فرماتے ہیں : ہم سیدنا مغیرہ بن شعبہ (رض) کے پاس تھے، انھوں نے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی حدیث بیان کی۔ اس میں ہے کہ آپ نے وضو کیا اور اپنے چہرے اور بازوؤں کو دھویا، اپنی پیشانی کا مسح کیا اور اپنے موزوں اور پگڑی پر بھی مسح کیا۔
(269) Amr bin Wahb Saqafi farmate hain : hum Sayyidna Mughirah bin Shubah (RA) ke paas thay, unhon ne Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ki hadees bayaan ki. Is mein hai ki aap ne wuzu kiya aur apne chehre aur baazuon ko dhoya, apni peshani ka masah kiya aur apne mozon aur pagri par bhi masah kiya.
