باب الدليل على أنه يأخذ لكل عضو ماء جديدا ولا يتطهر بالماء المستعمل
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 1123
Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) performed ablution. He (ﷺ) took a handful of water and rinsed his mouth and cleaned his nose. Then he (ﷺ) took another handful of water and washed his face. Then he (ﷺ) took another handful and washed his right hand. Then he (ﷺ) took another handful and washed his left hand. Then he took some water and wiped his head, wiped the inside of his ears with his forefingers and the back of his ears with his thumbs. Then he (ﷺ) took a handful of water and washed his right foot. Then he (ﷺ) took another handful and washed his left foot.

(١١٢٣) سیدنا ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے وضو کیا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے چلو بھرا اور کلی کی اور ناک میں پانی چڑھایا، پھر چلو بھرا اور اپنا چہرہ دھویا، پھر چلو بھرا اور دایاں ہاتھ دھویا، پھر چلو بھرا اور اپنا بایاں ہاتھ دھویا، پھر کچھ پانی لیا اور سر کا مسح کیا، اپنی درمیان والی انگلیوں سے کانوں کے اندرونی حصہ کا مسح کیا اور انگوٹھوں سے کانوں کے بیرونی حصہ کا بھی، پھر چلو بھرا اور اپنا دایاں پاؤں دھویا ، پھر چلو بھرا اور اپنا بایاں قدم دھویا۔
(1123) Syedna Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (SAW) ne wuzu kiya, Aap (SAW) ne chello bhara aur kulli ki aur naak mein paani charhaya, phir chello bhara aur apna chehra dhoya, phir chello bhara aur dayan hath dhoya, phir chello bhara aur apna bayan hath dhoya, phir kuch pani liya aur sar ka masah kiya, apni darmiyan wali ungliyon se kaano ke andaruni hissa ka masah kiya aur ungothon se kaano ke beruni hissa ka bhi, phir chello bhara aur apna dayan paon dhoya, phir chello bhara aur apna bayan qadam dhoya.
Habban bin Wasi's father narrated from Abdullah bin Zaid bin Asim Mazani that I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) performing ablution. He (peace and blessings be upon him) rinsed his mouth, then cleared his nose, then washed his face three times and three times his right hand and three times his left, then performed a single wiping of his head with fresh water and washed his feet, cleaning them thoroughly.

(١١٢٤) حبان بن واسع کے باپ نے عبداللہ بن زید بن عاصم مازنی سے سنا کہ میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو وضو کرتے ہوئے دیکھا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کلی کی، پھر ناک جھاڑا، پھر تین مرتبہ چہرا دھویا اور تین مرتبہ دایاں ہاتھ اور تین مرتبہ بایاں، پھر نئے پانی سے سر کا مسح کیا اور اپنے پاؤں کو دھوکر صاف کیا۔
1124 Hubban bin Wasi ke baap ne Abdullah bin Zaid bin Asim Mazni se suna ke maine Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko wazu karte hue dekha, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne kulli ki, phir nak jhada, phir teen martaba chehra dhoya aur teen martaba dayan hath aur teen martaba baayan, phir naye pani se sar ka masah kiya aur apne paon ko dhokar saaf kiya.
Our Lady Rubai' bint Muawwidh ibn 'Afra reported: I brought a water container to the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), which could hold a mudd or a mudd and a third of water. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Pour it." I poured water over him (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) washed his face and arms up to the elbows and asked for fresh water. Then he wiped his head, front and back, and washed his feet three times.

(١١٢٥) سیدنا ربیع بنت معوذ بن عفرائ فرماتی ہیں کہ میں رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس پانی والا برتن لے کر آئی، جس میں ایک مد یا ایک مد اور تہائی پانی آتا تھا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اس کو ڈال، میں نے آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) پر پانی بہایا۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے چہرے اور بازوؤں کو کہنیوں تک دھویا اور نیا پانی لیا۔ پھر اپنے سر کے اگلے اور پچھلے حصہ کا مسح کیا اور تین مرتبہ اپنے پاؤں کو دھویا۔
Saina Rabia bint Muaz bin Afra farmati hain ke mein Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke paas pani wala bartan lekar aayi, jismein ek mudd ya ek mudd aur tehtai pani aata tha, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : isko daal, maine aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) par pani bahaya. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apne chehre aur baazuon ko kehniyon tak dhoya aur naya pani liya. Phir apne sar ke agle aur pichhle hissa ka masah kiya aur teen martaba apne paon ko dhoya.
(1126) (a) It is narrated from Rabī' that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wiped his head with the remaining water in his hand.
(b) 'Abdullah bin Dāwūd and others narrate from Thawrī that some people said: "You used to wipe with the wetness of your hands," meaning that when you would take water to wash another limb, you would pour it over it and then wipe with the remaining wetness of your hands. 'Abdullah bin Muhammad bin 'Aqīl was not a حافظ (one who has memorized the Hadith). The scholars have differed regarding the permissibility of considering his narrations as evidence.
(c) Yaḥyā bin Ma'īn said that the hadiths of Ibn 'Aqīl are not considered evidence.
(d) Imām Tirmidhī asked Imām Bukhārī (may Allah have mercy on him) about Ibn 'Aqīl, so he said: "I saw Ahmad bin Hanbal, Ishāq bin Ibrāhīm, and Humaydī, and they considered his hadiths to be acceptable as evidence."
(e) The chain of narration for the hadith of Abū Dardā' from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) is weak.
(f) Sayyidunā 'Alī, Ibn 'Abbās, Ibn Mas'ūd, 'Ā'ishah, and Anas bin Mālik narrated similar hadiths from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) regarding Ghusl (ritual bath), but their chains of narration are weak. A complete explanation of this is found in the chapter on disagreements.
(g) Imām Abū Dāwūd narrated in the mursal hadiths, on the authority of 'Alā' bin Ziyād, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he performed Ghusl and there was a small dry spot on his shoulder where water had not reached. He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) took water from his hair and squeezed it onto that spot on his shoulder, then rubbed it with his hand. This narration is disconnected (in its chain).

(١١٢٦) (الف) ربیع سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے ہاتھ میں بچے ہوئے پانی سے اپنے سر کا مسح کیا۔
(ب) عبداللہ بن داؤد وغیرہ ثوری سے نقل کرتے ہیں کہ بعض نے کہا : آپ اپنے ہاتھوں کی تری سے ہی مسح کرتے تھے، یعنی جب آپ کسی دوسرے عضو کو دھونے کے لیے پانی لیتے تو اسے اس پر بہاتے اور پھر باقی ماندہ ہاتھوں کی تری سے مسح کرتے۔ عبداللہ بن محمد بن عقیل حافظ حدیث نہیں تھے۔ محدثین ان کو روایات کو قابل حجت کے جواز کو سمجھنے میں مختلف فیہ ہیں۔ (ج) یحییٰ بن معین کہتے ہیں کہ ابن عقیل کی احادیث قابل حجت نہیں۔ (د) امام ترمذی نے امام بخاری (رح) نے ابن عقیل کے متعلق پوچھا تو انھوں نے کہا : میں نے احمد بن حنبل، اسحاق بن ابراہیم اور حمیدی کو دیکھا، وہ اس کی احادیث کو قابل حجت سمجھتے تھے۔ (ر) ابودرداء عن النبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) والی روایت کی سند ضعیف ہے۔ (س) سیدنا علی، ابن عباس، ابن مسعود، عائشہ اور انس بن مالک نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے غسل کے متعلق اس کے ہم معنی روایت کرتے ہیں لیکن ان کی اسانید ضعیف ہیں۔ خلافیات میں اس کی مکمل وضاحت ہے۔ (ط) امام ابوداؤد مراسیل میں علاء بن زیاد کے واسطے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے منقول ہے کہ آپ نے غسل کیا اور کندھے پر تھوڑی سی خشک جگہ تھی جہاں پانی نہیں پہنچا تھا، آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اپنے سر کے بالوں سے پانی لے کر وہاں کندھے پر نچوڑ دیا، پھر ہاتھ کے ساتھ اس کو مل دیا۔ یہ روایت منقطع ہے۔
(1126) (a) Rabia se riwayat hai ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apne hath mein bache hue pani se apne sar ka masah kiya.
(b) Abdullah bin Dawood waghaira souri se naqal karte hain ki baaz ne kaha: Aap apne hathon ki tari se hi masah karte thay, yani jab aap kisi dusre uzv ko dhone ke liye pani lete to use us par bahate aur phir baqi mandah hathon ki tari se masah karte. Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Aqeel hafiz hadees nahin thay. Muhaddiseen in ko riwayat ko qabil hujjat ke ijawaaz ko samajhne mein mukhtalif fih hain.
(c) Yahya bin Maeen kehte hain ki Ibn Aqeel ki ahadees qabil hujjat nahin.
(d) Imam Tirmidhi ne Imam Bukhari (rah) ne Ibn Aqeel ke mutalliq poocha to unhon ne kaha: Maine Ahmed bin Hanbal, Ishaq bin Ibrahim aur Humaidi ko dekha, woh is ki ahadees ko qabil hujjat samajhte thay.
(r) Abu Darda an Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) wali riwayat ki sanad zaeef hai.
(s) Sayyiduna Ali, Ibn Abbas, Ibn Masood, Aisha aur Anas bin Malik Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se ghusl ke mutalliq is ke ham mani riwayat karte hain lekin in ki asaneed zaeef hain. Khilafiyat mein is ki mukammal wazahat hai.
(t) Imam Abu Dawood maraseel mein Ala bin Ziad ke waste Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se manqol hai ki aap ne ghusl kiya aur kandhe par thori si khushk jagah thi jahan pani nahin pahuncha tha, aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne apne sar ke balon se pani le kar wahan kandhe par nichod diya, phir hath ke sath is ko mil diya. Yeh riwayat munqata hai.
(1127) (a) Narrated Abu Huraira: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "None of you should take a bath of Janaba in standing water." They said, "O Abu Huraira! How should we do it?" He said, "He should take some of that water aside (in a utensil)."

(١١٢٧) (الف) سیدنا ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ نے فرمایا : کوئی شخص کھڑے پانی میں غسل جنابت نہ کرے، لوگوں نے کہا : اے ابوہریرہ ! کیسے کرے ؟ آپ (رض) نے فرمایا : اس پانی کو الگ کسی برتن میں لے لے۔
(1127) (alif) sayyidana abu hurairah (raz) farmate hain ki rasool allah ne farmaya : koi shakhs kharay pani mein ghusl janabat na kare, logon ne kaha : aye abu hurairah ! kaise kare ? aap (raz) ne farmaya : is pani ko alag kisi bartan mein le le.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "None of you should urinate in stagnant water, nor should he perform the purificatory bath (ghusl) in it after having sexual intercourse."

(١١٢٨) سیدنا ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم میں سے کوئی شخص کھڑے ہوئے پانی میں پیشاب نہ کرے اور نہ اس میں غسل جنابت کرے۔
Sayidna Abu Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Tum mein se koi shakhs kharay huye paani mein peshab na kare aur na us mein ghusl janabat kare.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Prophet (peace be upon him) prohibited urinating in stagnant water, for some people perform Ghusl (ritual bath) from it.

(١١٢٩) سیدنا ابی ہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کھڑے ہوئے پانی میں پیشاب کرنے سے منع کیا کہ کچھ اس میں جنابت کا غسل کیا جائے۔
(1129) syedna abi hurairah (rz) se riwayat hai keh aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne kharay hue pani mein peshab karne se mana kya keh kuch us mein janabat ka ghusl kya jaye.
(1130) (a) Narrated Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) forbade urinating in stagnant water, and then performing Ghusl (ritual bath) from it.

(١١٣٠) (الف) سیدنا ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے کھڑے ہوئے پانی میں پیشاب کرنے سے منع فرمایا کہ پھر اس سے غسل جنابت کیا جائے۔
(1130) (alif) sayyidna abu hurairah (raz) se riwayat hai ke nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne kharay huay pani mein peshab karne se mana farmaya ke phir us se ghusl janabat kya jaye
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) saying: None of you should urinate in stagnant water, and then perform ablution in it.

(١١٣١) سیدنا ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا : تم میں سے کوئی بھی کھڑے پانی میں پیشاب نہ کرے اور اس سے غسل کرے۔
Sayyidna Abu Huraira (RA) farmate hain ki unhon ne Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko farmate huye suna: Tum mein se koi bhi khare pani mein peshab na kare aur us se ghusl kare.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "None of you should urinate in stagnant water, and then perform ablution or take a bath from it."

(١١٣٣) سیدنا ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم میں سے کوئی بھی کھڑے ہوئے پانی میں پیشاب نہ کرے کہ پھر اس سے وضو یاغسل کرے۔
Sayyidna Abu Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Tum mein se koi bhi kharay hue pani mein peshab na kare ki phir us se wazu ya ghusl kare.
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "None of you should urinate in standing water, and then perform ablution with it."

(١١٣٤) سیدنا ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم میں سے کوئی شخص کھڑے ہوئے پانی میں پیشاب نہ کرے کہ پھر اس سے وضو کرے۔
Sayidna Abu Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Tum mein se koi shakhs kharay hue pani mein peshab na kare ke phir us se wuzu kare.
Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not urinate in stagnant water, which is not flowing, and then bathe in it."

(١١٣٦) سیدنا ابوہریرہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کھڑے ہوئے پانی میں پیشاب نہ کیا جائے جو چلتا نہ ہو کہ پھر اس سے غسل کرے۔
(1136) sydna abuhraira (rz) farmate hain ki rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : kharay hue pani mein peshab na kia jaye jo chalta na ho ki phir us se ghusl kare.
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "None of you should urinate in standing water, and then perform ablution or drink from it."

(١١٣٧) سیدنا ابی ہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم میں سے کوئی شخص کھڑے ہوئے پانی میں پیشاب نہ کرے کہ پھر اس سے وضو کرے یا پیے۔
Sayidna Abi Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : Tum mein se koi shakhs kharay hue pani mein peshab na kare ki phir us se wuzu kare ya piye.
It was asked of Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) about eight men who bathe in a pool, and one of them is in a state of Janabah (major ritual impurity). He (may Allah be pleased with him) replied: The water is pure, nothing makes it impure.

(١١٣٨) سیدنا ابن عباس (رض) سے آٹھ آدمیوں کے متعلق سوال کیا گیا جو ایک حوض میں غسل کرتے ہیں اور ان میں سے ایک جنبی ہے ؟ آپ (رض) نے فرمایا : پانی پاک ہے اس کو کوئی چیز ناپاک نہیں کرتی۔
(1138) sydna ibn abbas (rz) se aath aadmiyon ke mutalliq sawal kya gya jo aik hauz mein ghusl karte hain aur un mein se aik junubi hai ? aap (rz) ne farmaya : pani pak hai is ko koi cheez napaak nahin karti.
Narrated Jabir (RA): When anyone amongst us came to a well (after having sexual intercourse), and he was Junub, he would take a bath from one side of it.

(١١٣٩) سیدنا جابر (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ ہم میں سے کوئی شخصکنویں پر آتا اور وہ جنبی ہوتا تو وہ اس کے ایک طرف سے غسل کرلیتا تھا۔
Saydna Jabir (rz) se riwayat hai ki hum mein se koi shaksh kunwen par aata aur wo junubi hota to wo us ke aik taraf se ghusl karleta tha.
