باب استحباب إمرار الماء على العضد
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 257
Abu Hazim said: I was behind Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) while he was performing ablution for prayer. He would bring his hands up to his armpits during the ablution. I said: O Abu Hurairah! What kind of ablution is this? He said: O son of Farukh! Are you here? If I had known you were here, I would not have performed ablution like this. I heard from my beloved Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), "The whiteness of a believer will reach as far as the water of ablution reaches."

(٢٥٩) ابو حازم فرماتے ہیں کہ میں سیدنا ابوہریرہ (رض) کے پیچھے تھا، وہ نماز کے لیے وضو کر رہے تھے ۔ دورانِ وضو وہ اپنے ہاتھ کو بغلوں تک کھینچ کرلے جاتے تھے۔ میں نے ان سے کہا : اے ابوہریرہ ! یہ کیسا وضو ہے ؟ انھوں نے فرمایا : اے بنی فروخ ! تم یہاں ہو ؟ اگر مجھے علم ہوتا کہ تم یہاں ہو تو میں یہ وضو نہ کرتا، میں نے اپنے خلیل (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا ہے کہ ” مومن کی سفیدی وہاں تک پہنچے گی جہاں تک وضو کا پانی لگے گا۔ “
259 Abu Hazim farmate hain ki main Sayyida Abu Hurairah (RA) ke peeche tha, woh namaz ke liye wuzu kar rahe the. Dawran-e-wuzu woh apne hath ko baghlon tak khench kar le jate the. Maine unse kaha: Aye Abu Hurairah! Yeh kaisa wuzu hai? Unhon ne farmaya: Aye Bani Farukh! Tum yahan ho? Agar mujhe ilm hota ki tum yahan ho to main yeh wuzu na karta, maine apne Khalil ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna hai ki "Momin ki safedi wahan tak pahunchegi jahan tak wuzu ka pani lagega."
Naim bin Abdullah Mujmir narrated that one day he climbed up to the roof of the mosque with Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him). He had a lower garment on underneath his shirt. He pulled up his lower garment, then performed ablution, washing his face and hands, washing his arms up to the elbows, and washing his feet up to the ankles. Then he said: "I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: 'Verily, my Ummah will come on the Day of Judgement with the parts of their ablution shining, so whoever is able to increase his radiance, let him do so.'"

(٢٥٩) سیدنا نعیم بن عبداللہ مجمر سے روایت ہے کہ میں ایک دن سیدنا ابوہریرہ (رض) کے ساتھ مسجد کی چھت پر چڑھا، ان پر قمیض کے نیچے شلوار تھی۔ انھوں نے اپنی شلوار کو کھینچا، پھر وضو کیا، پھر اپنے چہرے اور ہاتھوں کو دھویا اور ہاتھوں کو کندھوں تک دھویا، پاؤں کو پنڈلیوں تک دھویا، پھر فرمایا : میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو فرماتے ہوئے سنا ہے : ” بیشک میری امت قیامت کے دن آئے گی اور ان کے وضو کے اعضاء چمک رہے ہوں گے، جو یہ طاقت رکھے کہ وہ اپنی سفیدی کو بڑھائے تو وہ ایسا کرے۔ “
(259) Syedna Naeem bin Abdullah Mujammar se riwayat hai ki main ek din Syedna Abu Hurairah (RA) ke sath masjid ki chhat par chadha, un par qameez ke neeche shalwar thi. Unhon ne apni shalwar ko khencha, phir wuzu kiya, phir apne chehre aur hathon ko dhoya aur hathon ko kandhon tak dhoya, paon ko pindiyon tak dhoya, phir farmaya : main ne Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko farmate huye suna hai : ” Beshak meri ummat qayamat ke din aayegi aur un ke wuzu ke azaa chamak rahe honge, jo ye taqat rakhe ki woh apni sufaidi ko badhaye to woh aisa kare . “.
