Chapter on what does not require Zakat among jewels other than gold and silver.
باب ما لا زكاة فيه من الجواهر غير الذهب والفضة.

(7590) Amr bin Shu'aib, on his father's authority, and he on his grandfather's authority, reported that Allah's Messenger ( صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ) said: There is no Zakat on stones.
All the narrators who narrated this Hadith from Amr are weak.

(٧٥٩٠) عمرو بن شعیب اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : پتھر میں زکوۃ نہیں ہے۔
عمرو سے اس حدیث کو نقل کرنے والے تمام راوی ضعیف ہیں۔
(7590) Amr bin Shoaib apne walid se aur wo apne dada se naql farmate hain ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : pathar mein zakat nahi hai.
Amr se is hadees ko naql karne wale tamam ravi zaeef hain.
Saeed bin Jubair (may Allah be pleased with him) said: There is no Zakat in stones, except when they are jewels for trade. Nor is there Zakat in ruby, nor in pearls, nor in anything other than gold and silver.

(٧٥٩٢) سعید بن جبیر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ پتھر میں زکوۃ نہیں، مگر اس صورت میں کہ وہ جواہرات تجارت کے لیے ہوں ۔ نہ ہی یا قوت میں ہے اور نہ ہی لؤ لؤ میں اور نہ اس کے علاوہ میں، سوائے سونے اور چاندی کے۔
7592 Saeed bin Jubair (RA) farmate hain ke pathar mein zakat nahin, magar us surat mein ke woh jawahirat tijarat ke liye hon. Na hi yaqut mein hai aur na hi laal mein aur na us ke ilawa mein, siwae sone aur chandi ke.
