Chapter on the aggressor in charity as an obstacle to it, and aggression may be from the collector or from the owner of the wealth.
باب المعتدي في الصدقة كمانعها والاعتداء قد يكون من الساعي وقد يكون من رب المال
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 7280
(7280) Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The one who takes Zakat excessively is like the one who withholds it." Imam Bukhari said: "The correct chain of narration in our view is from Sinan bin Sa'd, and the narration from Sa'd bin Sinan is incorrect."

(٧٢٨٠) انس بن مالک (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : زکوۃ لینے میں زیادتی کرنے والا زکوۃ روکنے والے کی مانند ہے۔ امام بخاری فرماتے ہیں کہ ہمارے نزدیک جو درست سند ہے وہ سنان بن سعد ہے اور سعد بن سنان غلط ہے۔
7280 Anas bin Malik (RA) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : Zakat lene mein ziyadati karne wala zakat rokne wale ki manind hai. Imam Bukhari farmate hain ki hamare nazdeek jo durust sanad hai woh Sanan bin Saad hai aur Saad bin Sanan ghalat hai.
Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no faith in the one who does not fulfill trusts, and the one who transgresses in collecting Zakat is like one who withholds it."
Hasan Basri said regarding the one upon whom Zakat becomes obligatory, then he does not pay Zakat until his wealth is destroyed, then he is in debt until he pays the Zakat.

(٧٢٨١) انس بن مالک (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے ارشاد فرمایا : اس شخص کا ایمان نہیں جسے امانت کا پاس نہیں اور زکوۃ وصول کرنے میں زیادتی کرنے والا اسے رکنے والے کی مانند ہے۔
حسن بصری نے اس شخص کے بارے میں فرمایا، جس پر زکوۃ واجب ہوچکی، پھر اسے زکوۃ ادا نہ کی حتیٰ کہ اس کا مال ہلاک ہوگیا تو جب تک وہ زکوۃ ادا نہیں کرتا اس پر قرض ہے۔
(7281) Anas bin Malik (RA) farmate hain keh Rasul Allah (SAW) ne irshad farmaya : Is shakhs ka imaan nahin jise amanat ka paas nahin aur zakat wasool karne mein ziyadati karne wala use rukne wale ki manind hai.
Hasan Basri ne is shakhs ke bare mein farmaya, jis par zakat wajib ho chuki, phir use zakat ada na ki hatta keh is ka maal halaak hogaya to jab tak woh zakat ada nahin karta is par qarz hai.
