Muqsim bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) placed milestones between Makkah and Madinah while he (the Prophet) was fasting and in the state of Ihram.

(٨٢٦٥) حمید کہتے ہیں : میں نے ثابت بنانی سے سنا اور وہ انس بن مالک (رض) سے پوچھ رہے تھے : کیا تم روزے دار کے لیے سنگی کو ناپسند کرتے تھے ؟ انھوں نے کہا : نہیں مگر کمزوری کی وجہ سے۔
(8265) Hamid kahte hain : mainne Sabit bin Ani se suna aur wo Anas bin Malik (RA) se puch rahe the : kya tum rozedar ke liye miswak ko napasand karte the? Unhon ne kaha : nahin magar kamzori ki wajah se.
'Abdur-Rahman bin Abi Laila narrated from a man among the Companions of Muhammad (ﷺ) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade for a fasting person to fast consecutively and to be treated with cupping. He did not declare it forbidden for his Companions, but it remained (in their minds as something) unlawful. So it was said to him: "But you observe Saum-Wisal (fasting without break)." So he (ﷺ) said: "My Rubb gives me food and drink."

(٨٢٦٦) عبدالرحمن بن ابی لیلیٰ اصحاب محمد (رض) میں سے ایک آدمی سے بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے پے درپے روزے اور سنگی لگوانے کو روزے دار کے لیے منع کیا ہے۔ اپنے صحابہ میں اسے باقی رکھا حرام قرار نہیں دیا تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے کہا گیا کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) بھی تو وصال کے روزے رکھتے ہیں تو آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : مجھے میرا رب کھلاتا ہے۔
8266 Abdur Rahman bin Abi Laila ashaab Muhammad (Razi Allah Anho) mein se ek aadmi se bayan karte hain ke Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne pe dar pe roze aur sangi lagane ko roze daar ke liye mana kiya hai apne sahaba mein ise baqi rakha haram qarar nahi diya to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se kaha gaya ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) bhi to wisal ke roze rakhte hain to aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya mujhe mera rabb khilata hai
Abu Sa'id (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) allowed kissing for a fasting person. Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) allowed cupping for a fasting person.

(٨٢٦٨) ابو سعید (رض) بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے صائم کو بوسہ لینے اور سنگی لگوانے کی اجازت دی۔

Abu Sa'eed (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "One who vomits does not have to make up the fast, nor does one who has cupping done, nor one who experiences a wet dream."

(٨٢٧٢) ابو سعید (رض) بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : قے کرنے والا افطار نہ کرے اور نہ ہی سنگی لگوانے والا اور نہ ہی وہ جو جنبی (ناپاک) ہوجاتا ہے۔
(8272) abu sayed (rz) bayan karte hain keh rasool allah (sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wa sallam) ne farmaya : qay karne wala iftar na kare aur na hi sangee lagane wala aur na hi woh jo junubi (napaak) hojata hai.
Abu Sa'id Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Three things do not break the fast: vomiting, cupping, and sexual intercourse."

(٨٢٧٣) ابو سعید خدری (رض) بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تین چیزیں روزے نہیں توڑتیں : ایک قے ، دوسری حجامت، تیسری جنابت ہے۔
(8273) abu sayeed khudri (rz) bayan karte hain keh rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : teen cheezen roze nahi torti : aik qay, doosri hijaamat, teesri janabat hai.
One of the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) narrates: A person who vomits does not have to make up for the fast, nor does one who has cupping (hijama) done, nor one who has had sexual intercourse.
(A narration from Abdur Rahman bin Zaid, from Thawri, has been cited with this ruling, but it is not authentic. Whereas the narration of Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas gives a concession for this.)

(٨٢٧٤) نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے صحابہ میں سے ایک بیان کرتے ہیں : جس نے قے کی وہ افطار نہ کرے اور نہ ہی وہ جس نے سنگی لگوائی اور نہ ہی جنابت والا۔
(عبدالرحمن بن زید کی سی روایت ثوری سے بیان کی گئی ہے مگر وہ صحیح نہیں ہے جبکہ سعد بن ابی وقاص کی روایت میں رخصت دی گئی ہے۔ )

(abdulrahman bin zaid ki si riwayat souri se bayan ki gai hai magar wo sahih nahi hai jabke saad bin abi waqas ki riwayat mein rukhsat di gai hai ).
