Chapter on what is recommended for a pilgrim to sacrifice for the sun.
باب من استحب للمحرم أن يضحى للشمس
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 9192
Nafi' narrates that Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) saw a man on his camel, shading himself from the sun while he was in the state of Ihram. So, he said to him: "Expose yourself to the One for Whom you have assumed Ihram."

(٩١٩٢) نافع فرماتے ہیں کہ ابن عمر (رض) نے ایک شخص کو اپنے اونٹ پر سوار دیکھا جو سورج سے سایہ کیے ہوئے تھا جب کہ وہ محرم تھا تو انھوں نے فرمایا : جس کے لیے تو نے احرام باندھا ہے اس کے لیے ظاہر ہوجا۔
(9192) Nafi farmate hain ki Ibn Umar (raz) ne ek shakhs ko apne unt par sawar dekha jo sooraj se saya kiye huye tha jab ke woh muhrim tha to unhon ne farmaya: Jis ke liye tu ne ehram bandha hai us ke liye zahir hoja.
Ata reported: I saw Abdullah bin Rabi having placed a piece of wood (in the middle) of his she-camel and (thus) providing shade for himself by spreading a cloth over it. When Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) saw him, he forbade him to do so.

(٩١٩٣) عطاء فرماتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے عبداللہ بن ربیعہ کو دیکھا کہ انھوں نے اپنی اونٹنی کے درمیان میں لکڑی رکھی ہوئی تھی اور اس پر کپڑا رکھ کر سایہ حاصل کر رہے تھے۔ انھیں ابن عمر (رض) ملے تو انھوں نے اس کو منع فرما دیا۔
(9193) Ataa farmate hain ke unhon ne Abdullah bin Rabia ko dekha ke unhon ne apni untni ke darmiyan mein lakdi rakhi hui thi aur us par kapda rakh kar saya hasil kar rahe the. Unhen Ibn Umar (RA) mile to unhon ne us ko mana farma diya.
Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever remains in the sunshine until the sun sets, the sun will set carrying his sins, until he becomes like the day his mother bore him."

(٩١٩٤) جابر بن عبداللہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جو محرمشخص بھی سورج کی دھوپ میں رہے حتیٰ کہ سورج غروب ہوجائے تو وہ سورج اس کے گناہوں کو لے کر ڈوبتا ہے ، حتیٰ کہ وہ ایسا ہوجاتا ہے جیسے اس کو اس کی ماں نے جنم دیا۔
(9194) Jabir bin Abdullah (RA) farmate hain ke Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : Jo muharmashas bhi Suraj ki dhoop mein rahe hatta ke Suraj ghuroob ho jaye to wo Suraj uske gunahon ko lekar doobta hai, hatta ke wo aisa ho jata hai jaise usko uski maan ne janam diya.
