Narrated Sa'id bin Zaid (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who brings dead land to life, it belongs to him, and the unjust person has no right over it even for a vein."

(١١٥٣٨) حضرت سعید بن زید (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے بنجر زمین آباد کی وہ اسی کی ہے اور ظالم کے لیے کسی رگ پر کوئی حق نہیں ہے۔
Hazrat Saeed bin Zaid (RA) se riwayat hai ki Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: Jisne banjar zameen aabaad ki woh usi ki hai aur zaalim ke liye kisi rag par koi haq nahin hai.
Urwah on the authority of his father said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "He who cultivates wasteland that has no owner, it is for him, and there is no right for a tyrant even on a vein (of water)." He said: Two men from the tribe of Biyadah came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) with a dispute. One of them had planted date palms in the land of the other. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) gave the judgment of the land to the owner of the land and commanded the owner of the date palms to uproot them. Urwah said: He who narrated to me this hadith said: Their roots were cut with axes, and they were strong date palms when uprooted.

(١١٥٣٩) عروہ اپنے والدسینقل فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے بنجر زمین آباد کی وہ اسی کی ہے اور ظالم کا کسی رگ پر حق نہیں ہے۔ فرماتے ہیں : بیاضہ قبیلے کے دو آدمی رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کے پاس جھگڑا لے کر آئے، ان میں سے ایک نے دوسرے کی زمین میں کھجوروں کا باغ لگایا تھا۔ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے زمین والے کے لیے زمین کا فیصلہ کیا اور کھجور والے کو حکم دیا کہ اپنی کھجوریں نکال لے۔ عروہ فرماتے ہیں : جس نے مجھے حدیث بیان کی اس نے فرمایا : اس کی جڑیں کلہاڑیوں سے کاٹی گئیں تھیں اور وہ مضبوط کھجوریں تھیں جب نکالی گئیں۔
(11539) Urwa apne walid se naql farmate hain ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jis ne banjar zameen abad ki wo usi ki hai aur zalim ka kisi rag par haq nahin hai. Farmate hain: Bayaza qabile ke do aadmi Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ke paas jhagra lekar aaye, in mein se ek ne dusre ki zameen mein khajuron ka bagh lagaya tha. Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne zameen wale ke liye zameen ka faisla kiya aur khajoor wale ko hukm diya ke apni khajoorein nikal le. Urwa farmate hain: Jis ne mujhe hadees bayan ki usne farmaya: Is ki jarain kulhariyon se kati gayi thin aur wo mazboot khajoorein thin jab nikali gayin.
A narration with a similar meaning has been transmitted from Muhammad bin Ishaq (11540). It adds that the narrator saw two men from the tribe of Biyadah arguing.

(١١٥٤٠) محمد بن اسحاق سے اسی معنی میں روایت منقول ہے۔ اس میں اضافہ ہے کہ راوی نے دیکھا : بیاضہ قبیلے کے دو آدمی جھگڑ رہے تھے۔
(11540) Muhammad bin Ishaq se isi maeny mein riwayat manqool hai. Is mein izafa hai ki raavi ne dekha : Bayaza qabeele ke do aadmi jhagad rahe the.
(11541) Similar to the previous Hadith except that my stronger assumption is that he was Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him). I saw the man striking the roots of a date palm.

(١١٥٤١) پچھلی حدیث کی طرح ہے سوائے ان الفاظ کے کہ میرا زیادہ گمان یہ ہے کہ وہ ابو سعید خدری (رض) تھے، میں نے آدمی کو دیکھاوہ کھجور کی جڑوں کو ضرب لگا رہے تھے۔
11541 pichli hadees ki tarah hai siwae in alfaz ke keh mera ziada guman yeh hai keh woh abu saeed khudri (rz) thay, maine aadmi ko dekha woh khajoor ki jaron ko zarb laga rahay thay.
