Narrated `Amr bin Al-`As: The Prophet (ﷺ) taught me fifteen prostrations (sajdah) in the Qur'an, out of which three are in the Mufassal Surahs and two are in Surah Al-Hajj.

(٣٧٢٧) سیدنا عمرو بن عاص (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے انھیں قرآن میں پندرہ سجدے بتائے، ان میں سے تین مفصل سورتوں میں ہیں اور دو سجدے سورة الحج میں ہیں۔
Sayyidna Amr bin Aas (RA) se riwayat hai ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne unhen Quran mein pandrah sajday bataye, in mein se teen mufassal suraton mein hain aur do sajday Surah Al-Hajj mein hain.
(3728) (a) Aqba bin Aamir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I asked the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "O Messenger of Allah! Are there two prostrations in Surah Hajj?" He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) replied: "Yes! Whoever does not perform them should not recite it."
(b) It is narrated from Khalid bin Ma'dan (may Allah be pleased with him) that you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Surah Hajj has been given superiority over the rest of the Quran due to its two prostrations."
(c) Imam Bayhaqi (may Allah have mercy on him) states: "This narration has been narrated from a large group of the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them)."

(٣٧٢٨) (ا) حضرت عقبہ بن عامر (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے پوچھا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! کیا سورة حج میں دو سجدے ہیں ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : ہاں ! جو شخص انھیں ادا نہ کرے وہ ان کی تلاوت ہی نہ کرے۔
(ب) حضرت خالد بن معدان (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : سورة حج کو بقیہ قرآن پر دو سجدوں سے فضیلت دی گئی۔
(ج) حضرت امام بیہقی (رح) بیان کرتے ہیں : یہ روایت صحابہ (رض) کی ایک کثیر جماعت سے منقول ہے۔
3728 a Hazrat Aqba bin Aamir (RA) farmate hain ke maine Rasool Allah (SAW) se poocha: Aye Allah ke Rasool! Kiya Surah Hajj mein do sajde hain? Aap (SAW) ne farmaya: Haan! Jo shakhs unhen ada na kare woh unki tilawat hi na kare.
b Hazrat Khalid bin Ma'dan (RA) se riwayat hai ke Aap (SAW) ne farmaya: Surah Hajj ko baqiya Quran par do sajdon se fazilat di gayi.
c Hazrat Imam Bayhaqi (RA) bayan karte hain: Yeh riwayat Sahaba (RA) ki ek kasir jamaat se manqol hai.
(3729) Narrated Abdullah bin Tha'laba (RA): He prayed the morning prayer with 'Umar (RA), and he (i.e., 'Umar) performed two prostrations in Surah Al-Hajj.

(٣٧٢٩) حضرت عبداللہ بن ثعلبہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ انھوں نے حضرت عمر (رض) کے ساتھ صبح کی نماز پڑھی تو انھوں نے سورة حج میں دو سجدے کیے۔
(3729) Hazrat Abdullah bin Sa'laba (RA) se riwayat hai ki unhon ne Hazrat Umar (RA) ke sath subah ki namaz parhi to unhon ne Surah Hajj mein do sajde kiye.
Nafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that a man from the people of Egypt informed him that he had prayed the morning prayer with 'Umar bin Al-Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) in the place of Jabiyah. He (Umar) recited Surat Al-Hajj and performed two prostrations in it. Nafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) said: When he (Umar) finished the prayer, he said: "This Surah has been given excellence because there are two prostrations in it, and Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) used to perform two prostrations in it as well."

(٣٧٣٠) حضرت نافع (رض) بیان فرماتے ہیں کہ مجھے اہل مصر کے ایک شخص نے خبر دی کہ اس نے حضرت عمر بن خطاب (رض) کے ساتھ جابیہ مقام میں صبح کی نماز پڑھی۔ انھوں نے سورة حج پڑھی تو اس میں دو سجدے کیے۔ حضرت نافع (رض) فرماتے ہیں : جب انھوں نے سلام پھیرا تو فرمایا : اس سورت کو اس وجہ سے فضیلت دی گئی ہے کہ اس میں دو سجدے ہیں اور سیدنا ابن عمر (رض) بھی اس میں دو سجدے کیا کرتے تھے۔
Hazrat Nafi (RA) bayan farmate hain ke mujhe ahl Misr ke aik shakhs ne khabar di ke usne Hazrat Umar bin Khattab (RA) ke sath Jabia maqam mein subah ki namaz parhi unhon ne Surah Hajj parhi to usmein do sajde kiye Hazrat Nafi (RA) farmate hain jab unhon ne salam phera to farmaya is surat ko is wajah se fazilat di gai hai ke usmein do sajde hain aur Sayyidna Ibn Umar (RA) bhi us mein do sajde kya karte the
(3731) (a) Nafi' (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from Sayyidina Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that he (the Prophet) performed two prostrations in Surah Hajj.
(b) It has been narrated to us from Sayyidina Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) that he (the Prophet) performed two prostrations in Surah Hajj.

(٣٧٣١) (ا) حضرت نافع (رض) ، سیدنا ابن عمر (رض) سے روایت فرماتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے سورة حج میں دو سجدے کیے۔
(ب) ہمیں سیدنا علی (رض) سے روایت بیان کی گئی کہ انھوں نے سورة حج میں دو سجدے کیے۔
3731 a Hazrat Nafi (RA), Sayyidna Ibn Umar (RA) se riwayat farmate hain ki unhon ne Surah Hajj mein do sajde kiye
b Humein Sayyidna Ali (RA) se riwayat bayan ki gai ki unhon ne Surah Hajj mein do sajde kiye
(3733) Zar bin Hubaysh (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Masud (may Allah be pleased with him) and Umar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) that both of them used to perform two prostrations in Surah Hajj.

(٣٧٣٣) حضرت زر بن حبیش (رح) سیدنا عبداللہ بن مسعود (رض) اور حضرت عمر بن یاسر (رض) سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ یہ دونوں سورة حج میں دو سجدے کیا کرتے تھے۔
3733 Hazrat Zar bin Habish RA Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Masood RA aur Hazrat Umar bin Yasir RA se riwayat karte hain ki ye dono Surah Hajj mein do sajde kiya karte the
Narrated by Safwaan bin Mahriz (RA) that Abu Musa (RA) performed two prostrations in Surah Hajj. He recited the verse of prostration which is at the end of Surah Hajj, then he prostrated and we also prostrated with him.

(٣٧٣٤) حضرت صفوان بن محرز (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ حضرت ابوموسیٰ (رض) نے سورة حج میں دو سجدے کیے، انھوں نے وہ آیت سجدہ پڑھی جو سورة الحج کے آخر میں ہے، پھر سجدہ کیا اور ہم نے بھی ان کے ساتھ سجدہ کیا۔
hazrat safwan bin muhriz (raz) se riwayat hai ki hazrat abumusaa (raz) ne sura haj mein do sajde kiye, unhon ne woh aayat sajda padhi jo sura alhaj ke akhir mein hai, phir sajda kiya aur hum ne bhi un ke sath sajda kiya.
Jabir bin Nufair (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) that he used to perform two prostrations in Surah Al-Hajj.

(٣٧٣٧) حضرت جبیر بن نفیر (رح) سیدنا ابودرداء (رض) سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ وہ سورة حج میں دو سجدے کرتے تھے۔
(3737) Hazrat Jubair bin Nufair (RA) Sayyidina Abu Darda (RA) se riwayat karte hain ki woh Surah Hajj mein do sajde karte thay.
Jabir bin Nufair (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) used to perform two prostrations in Surah Al-Hajj.

(٣٧٣٨) حضرت جبیر بن نفیر (رح) بیان کرتے ہیں کہ حضرت ابودرداء (رض) سورة حج میں دو سجدے کرتے۔
(3738) Hazrat Jubair bin Nufair (RA) bayan karte hain keh Hazrat Abu Darda (RA) Surah Hajj mein do sijde karte.
