باب ما جاء في حريم الآبار
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 11867
Narrated Abu Huraira (RA): The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The prescribed boundary for a well is forty cubits. Its surrounding area is for camels, sheep and travelers. The first to arrive may drink, and the surplus water should not be withheld so as to prevent the growth of vegetation."

(١١٨٦٧) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کنویں کی متعلقہ حد چالیس ہاتھ ہے۔ اس کے اردگرد اونٹوں، بکریوں اور مسافروں کے لیے ہے۔ سب سے پہلے پینا ہے اور زائد پانی نہ روکا جائے تاکہ گھاس اگنی رک نہ جائے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai keh Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya: kuen ki mutalliqah had chalis hath hai. Iss ke ird gird oonton, bakriyon aur musafiron ke liye hai. Sab se pehle peena hai aur zaid pani na roka jae taake ghaas ugni ruk na jae.
Narrated Abu Huraira: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The limit pertaining to a well is forty cubits. Around it should be (space) for camels, goats and travelers (to use). Drinking (from the well) takes precedence, and excess water should not be withheld so as to prevent the growth of grass."

(١١٨٦٧) حضرت ابوہریرہ (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کنویں کی متعلقہ حد چالیس ہاتھ ہے، اس کے اردگرد اونٹوں، بکریوں اور مسافروں کے لیے ہے۔ سب سے پہلے پینا ہے اور زائد پانی نہ روکا جائے تاکہ گھاس اگنی رک نہ جائے۔
Hazrat Abu Hurairah (RA) se riwayat hai ke Rasulullah (SAW) ne farmaya: kuen ki mutalliqah had chalis hath hai, uske ird gird oonton, bakriyon aur musafiron ke liye hai. Sab se pehle pina hai aur zaid pani na roka jaye taake ghaas ugni ruk na jaye.
(11869) It is narrated on the authority of Sa'eed ibn Musayyab (may Allah be pleased with him) that the limit of a new well is 25 cubits on each side, and the limit of a well for horses is 50 cubits on each side, and the limit of a well for agriculture is 300 cubits on each side. Zuhri said: I heard from people that the limit of springs is 500 cubits.

(١١٨٦٩) سعید بن مسیب (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ نئے کنویں کی حد ٢٥ ہاتھ ہے، اس کے ہر جانب اور گھوڑوں والے کنویں کی حد پچاس ہاتھ ہے، اس کے ہر جانب اور کھیتی والے کنویں کی حد اس کے ہر جانب تین سو ہاتھ ہے۔ زھری کہتے ہیں : میں نے لوگوں سے سنا کہ چشموں کی حد پانچ سو ہاتھ ہے۔
11869 Saeed bin Musayyab (RA) se riwayat hai ki naye kuen ki had 25 hath hai, iske har janiib aur ghoron walay kuen ki had pachas hath hai, iske har janiib aur kheton walay kuen ki had iske har janiib teen sau hath hai. Zuhri kahte hain : main ne logon se suna ki chashmon ki had paanch sau hath hai.
(11870) Said bin Musayyab (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The limit of a well for horses is fifty cubits, and the limit of a new well is twenty-five cubits." Said bin Musayyab (may Allah have mercy on him) said on his own behalf, "The limit of a well for agriculture is three hundred cubits."

(١١٨٧٠) سعید بن مسیب (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : گھوڑوں والے کنویں کی حد پچاس ہاتھ ہے اور نئے کنویں کی حد پچیس ہاتھ ہے اور سعید بن مسیب (رح) نے اپنی طرف سے کہا : کھیتی والے کنویں کی حد تین سو ہاتھ ہے۔
(11870) Saeed bin Musayyab (RA) farmate hain ki Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : ghoron wale kuen ki had pachas hath hai aur naye kuen ki had pachis hath hai aur Saeed bin Musayyab (RA) ne apni taraf se kaha : kheti wale kuen ki had teen sau hath hai.
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the limit of a well is fifty cubits and the limit of a spring is two hundred cubits.

(١١٨٧١) حضرت ابن عباس (رض) سے روایت ہے کہ کنویں کی حد پچاس ہاتھ ہے اور چشمے کی حد دو سو ہاتھ ہے۔
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (RA) se riwayat hai keh kuen ki had pachas hath hai aur chashme ki had do so hath hai.
`Ikrimah reported that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said, "Allah, the Exalted, has set a limit for cultivated land the distance of a bowshot." Yahya said, "He explained, 'Al-ghuluwah [meaning what is in between] from three hundred cubits up to between four and five hundred.'" `

(١١٨٧٣) عکرمہ فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اللہ تعالیٰ نے کھیتی کی حد مقرر کی ہے تیر گرنے کی سی۔ یحییٰ کہتے ہیں : انھوں نے بیان کیا : ” الغلوۃ “ تین سو ہاتھ کے درمیان کو اور پچاس سے چار سو تک کو کہتے ہیں۔
(11873) Akrma farmate hain ki Rasool Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Allah Ta'ala ne kheti ki had muqarrar ki hai teer girne ki si. Yahya kahte hain: Unhon ne bayan kya: "alghulwath" teen sau hath ke darmiyan ko aur pachas se char sau tak ko kahte hain.
Abu Qilabah narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not harm anyone because of a wide well or a wide ditch." Sa'eed added: "So that a man may dig towards another man to take his water."

(١١٨٧٤) ابو قلابہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم چوڑے کنویں یا چوڑی کھدائی کی وجہ سے کسی کو نقصان نہ پہنچاؤ۔
سعید نے زیادہ کیا کہ آدمی دوسرے آدمی کی طرف کھدائی کرے تاکہ اس کا پانی لے جائے۔
(11874) Abu Qilaba Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naql farmate hain ke aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : Tum chaure kunwen ya chauri khudai ki waja se kisi ko nuksan na pahunchao. Saeed ne ziada kiya ke aadmi dusre aadmi ki taraf khudai kare taake uska pani le jaye.
Bilal Abbasi narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) that he (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him and his family) said: Three things are a source of sustenance: well water, a stable of horses, and a gathering of people.

(١١٨٧٥) حضرت بلال عبسی نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تین چیزیں چراگاہ ہیں : کنویں کا پانی ، گھوڑوں کا اصطبل اور لوگوں کا حلقہ۔
(11875) Hazrat Bilal Abbasi Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se naql farmate hain ki aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Teen chizen charagah hain: kuen ka pani, ghoron ka istabal aur logon ka halqa.
