Chapter: What Is Recommended on the Night and Day of Friday Regarding Increased Prayer on the Prophet and Recitation of Surah Al-Kahf and Others
باب ما يؤمر به في ليلة الجمعة ويومها من كثرة الصلاة على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم وقراءة سورة الكهف وغيرها

Aws ibn Aws narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “The best day for you is Friday. On it Adam (peace be upon him) was created, on it he died, on it the Trumpet will be blown, and on it will occur the shout (that will cause everyone to fall unconscious). So send a great deal of blessings upon me, for your blessings are presented to me.” They said, “O Messenger of Allah, how are our blessings presented to you when you have already decayed?” He said, “Allah, may He be glorified and exalted, has forbidden the earth to consume the bodies of the Prophets.” Abu ‘Abdillah said in another report: “… your best day is Friday.”

(٥٩٩٣) اوس بن اوس فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تمہارے ایام میں افضل دن جمعہ کا دن ہے؛ کیونکہ اس میں آدم (علیہ السلام) پیدا کیے گئے اور اسی میں ہی فوت ہوئے۔ اسی میں سور پھونگا جائے گا۔ اس میں بےہوشی ہوگی ۔ تم اس دن مجھ پر زیادہ درود پڑھا کرو؛ کیونکہ تمہارا درود مجھ پر پیش کیا جاتا ہے۔ صحابہ نے پوچھا : اے اللہ کے رسول ! ہمارا درود آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) پر کیسے پیش کیا جاتا ہے ؟ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) تو بوسیدہ ہوجائیں گے۔ آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : اللہ نے انبیائ ۔ کے اجسام مٹی پر حرام کردیے ہیں۔ ابوعبداللہ دوسری روایت میں فرماتے ہیں کہ تمہارا سب سے بہترین دن جمعہ کا دن ہے۔
Aws bin Aws farmate hain ke Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Tumhare ayyam mein afzal din Jumma ka din hai; kyunkay is mein Adam (Alaihissalam) paida kiye gaye aur isi mein hi foot huye. Isi mein soor phonga jayega. Is mein behoshhi hogi. Tum is din mujh per zyada durood parha karo; kyunkay tumhara durood mujh per pesh kiya jata hai. Sahaba ne poocha: Aye Allah ke Rasul! Hamara durood aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) per kaise pesh kiya jata hai? Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) to baisuda hojain ge. Aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Allah ne Ambiya ke ajsam mitti per haram kar diye hain. Abu Abdullah doosri riwayat mein farmate hain ke tumhara sab se behtarin din Jumma ka din hai.
(5994) Hazrat Anas (RA) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "Recite abundant blessings upon me on the day and night of Friday, for whoever recites blessings upon me once, Allah will send down ten mercies upon him."

(٥٩٩٤) حضرت انس (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم میرے اوپر جمعہ کے دن اور رات کثرت سے درود پڑھا کرو، کیونکہ جو میرے اوپر ایک مرتبہ درود پڑھے گا اللہ اس پر دس رحمتیں نازل فرمائیں گے۔
(5994) Hazrat Anas (RA) farmate hain ki Rasool Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : tum mere upar juma ke din aur raat kasrat se durood parha karo, kyunki jo mere upar ek martaba durood parhe ga Allah us par das rehmaten nazil farmaen ge.
Abu Umama (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Send blessings upon me abundantly on Friday, for your blessings are presented to me every Friday. Whoever sends the most blessings upon me will be closest to me in rank."

(٥٩٩٥) ابو امامہ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : تم جمعہ کے دن میرے اوپر درود بھیجو کیونکہ میری امت کا درود ہر جمعہ میرے اوپر پیش کیا جاتا ہے۔ جو میرے اوپر زیادہ درود پڑھے گا وہ مرتبہ کے اعتبار سے میرے قریب ہوگا۔
(5995) Abu Umama (RA) farmate hain ki Rasul Allah (SAW) ne farmaya : Tum Jumma ke din mere upar durood bhejo kyunki meri ummat ka durood har Jumma mere upar pesh kiya jata hai. Jo mere upar zyada durood parhe ga woh martaba ke aitbaar se mere qareeb hoga.
(5996) (a) Abu Sa'eed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever recites Surah al-Kahf on Friday, will have a light for him between the two Fridays." Hisham said: "He will have a light from his place to the Ka'bah."
(b) Abu Hashim narrated from his chain of narration: "Whoever recites Surah al-Kahf as it was revealed, will have a light for him on the Day of Resurrection."
Grade: Da'if
(٥٩٩٦) (الف) ابو سعید خدری (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے جمعہ کے دن سورة کہفپڑھی تو اس کے لیے دو جمعوں کے درمیان روشنی ہوگی۔ ہشیم فرماتے ہیں کہ اس کے لیے اس جگہ سے لے کر بیت اللہ تک روشنی ہوگی۔
(ب) ابو ہاشم اپنی سند سے نقل فرماتے ہیں : جس نے سو رہ کھف کی تلاوت کی جیسے وہ نازل کی گئی ہے تو اس کے لیے قیامت کے دن روشنی ہوگی۔
(5996) (alif) abu saeed khudri (raz) farmate hain keh rasool allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : jis ne jumma ke din sura kahf parhi to us ke liye do jummon ke darmiyaan roshni hogi. hashim farmate hain keh us ke liye us jagah se le kar bait ullah tak roshni hogi.
(be) abu hashim apni sanad se naqal farmate hain : jis ne sura kahf ki tilawat ki jaise woh nazil ki gayi hai to us ke liye qayamat ke din roshni hogi.
Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: “Whoever memorizes the first ten verses of Surah Kahf will be protected from the tribulation of the Dajjal."

(٥٩٩٧) ابو در دائ (رض) فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جس نے سو رہ کہف کی ابتدائی دس آیات یاد کرلیں وہ فتنہء دجال سے محفوظ رہے گا۔
(5997) Abu Darda (RA) farmate hain ke Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Jis ne so ra kehf ki ibtidai das ayat yaad kar len wo fitna dajjal se mehfooz rahe ga.
