Abdullah bin Abi Bakr narrates from his father that the letter which you (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) wrote to Amr bin Hazm contained that the compensation for a clear wound is five camels.

(١٦١٩٢) عبداللہ بن ابی بکر اپنے والد سے نقل فرماتے ہیں کہ جو خط آپ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے عمرو بن حزم کو لکھ کردیا تھا اس میں تھا کہ واضح زخم کے بدلے پانچ اونٹ ہیں۔
(16192) Abdullah bin Abi Bakr apne walid se naqal farmate hain ke jo khat aap ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne Amr bin Hazm ko likh kar diya tha us mein tha ke wazeh zakhm ke badle panch unt hain.
Abdul Razzaq, in a previous narration through Ma'mar, added these words: "For a deep head wound, he gives one-third, and for disembowelment, he gives one-third. For a nose that is completely severed from its root, there are 100 camels, and for an eye, there are 50 camels."

(١٦١٩٣) سابقہ روایت عبدالرزاق نے معمر کے طرق سے ان الفاظ کا اضافہ فرمایا ہے کہ سر کے گہرے زخم میں ثلث دیت ہے اور پیٹ پھاڑنے میں بھی ثلث دیت ہے، ناک جب بالکل جڑ سے اکھاڑ دی جائے تو اس میں ١٠٠ اونٹ ہیں اور آنکھ کے بدلے ٥٠ اونٹ ہیں۔
(16193) sabiq riwayat abdul razaq ne muammar ke tariq se in alfaz ka izafa farmaya hai ke sar ke gehre zakhm mein suls deta hai aur pet pharne mein bhi suls deta hai, nak jab bilkul jar se ukhar di jaye to is mein 100 unt hain aur aankh ke badle 50 unt hain.
Abdullah bin Amr narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “The wound which is clearly visible (cut) has a penalty of five camels.”

(١٦١٩٤) عبداللہ بن عمرو فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : وہ زخم جو بالکل واضح ہو اس میں پانچ اونٹ ہیں۔
(16194) Abdullah bin Amro farmate hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : woh zakhm jo bilkul wazeh ho us mein panch unt hain.
Amr bin Shu'aib, on his father's authority, and he on his father's authority reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "For a clear wound (requiring stitching), the compensation is five camels, and all fingers are equal, the compensation for each being ten camels. "

(١٦١٩٥) عمرو بن شعیب اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنیدادا سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : واضح زخم میں پانچ اونٹ ہیں اور انگلیاں تمام برابر ہیں ان میں ١٠ اونٹ ہیں۔
Amr bin Shuaib apne walid se aur wo apne dada se riwayat karte hain ki Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: wazeh zakhm mein panch unt hain aur ungliyan tamam barabar hain un mein 10 unt hain.
Sulaiman bin Yasar said: “In a visible injury, the head and the face are equal (in terms of compensation). If there is another disfigurement on the face, then an addition will be made to it according to the extent of the disfigurement. Half Diyat (blood money) is (given) for a visible injury and that is 25 Dinars.”

(١٦٢٠١) سلیمان بن یسار فرماتے ہیں کہ واضح زخم میں سر اور چہرہ برابر ہیں۔ اگر چہرے میں کوئی اور عیب بھی ہوجائے تو عیب کی مناسبت سے اس میں اضافہ کردیا جائے گا۔ نصف دیت واضح زخم تک اور وہ ٢٥ دینار ہے۔
(16201) Sulaiman bin Yasar farmate hain ke wazeh zakhm mein sar aur chehra barabar hain agar chehre mein koi aur aib bhi hojae to aib ki munasibat se us mein izafa kar diya jaega nisf diyat wazeh zakhm tak aur wo 25 dinar hai
