Chapter: The blind person, due to his natural condition and not due to a disease, is not punished by the Hadd
باب الضرير في خلقته لا من مرض يصيب الحد
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 17008
(17008) Sahal bin Hanif narrated that a man who was born disabled committed adultery with a woman. He confessed, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) ordered him to be stoned to death with wooden sticks.

(١٧٠٠٨) سہل بن حنیف کہتے ہیں کہ ایک آدمی جو پیدائشی معذور تھا، ایک عورت پر واقع ہوگیا۔ اس نے اعتراف بھی کرلیا تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے حکم دیا کہ اسے کھجور کی لکڑی کے ساتھ کوڑے مارے جائیں۔
Sahal bin Hanif kehte hain ke ek aadmi jo paidaishi mazdoor tha, ek aurat par waqay hogaya. Usne ikraar bhi karliya to Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne hukum diya ke usay khajoor ki lakdi ke sath koore maare jayen.
Said bin Sa'd bin Ubadah narrated that a disabled man lived in our neighborhood who had intercourse with a slave girl of his. Sa'd bin Ubadah went and told this to the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) and he said: "Flog him with a hundred stripes." It was said: "O Messenger of Allah! He is a weak, disabled man, if he is given a hundred stripes, he will die." So, you said: "Take a broom in which there are a hundred twigs and strike him once."

(١٧٠٠٩) سعید بن سعد بن عبادہ کہتے ہیں کہ ہمارے محلے میں ایک اپاہج آدمی رہتا تھا جو اپنے گھر کی ایک لونڈی پر واقع ہوگیا۔ سعد بن عبادہ نے یہ بات جا کر نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کو بتائی تو آپ نے فرمایا : اسے سو کوڑے مارو۔ کہا گیا : یا رسول اللہ ! وہ کمزور اپاہج ہے سو کوڑے لگے تو وہ مرجائے گا تو آپ نے فرمایا : کوئی جھاڑو لے لو جس میں سو تیلیاں ہوں وہ اسے ایک مار دو ۔
Saeed bin Saad bin Ubaadah kehte hain ki hamare mohalle mein ek apahaj aadmi rehta tha jo apne ghar ki ek laundi par waqe hogaya. Saad bin Ubaadah ne yeh baat ja kar Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ko batai to aap ne farmaya: Ise sau kore maro. Kaha gaya: Ya Rasulullah! Woh kamzor apahaj hai sau kore lage to woh mar jayega to aap ne farmaya: Koi jhadu le lo jis mein sau teeliyan hon woh ise ek maar do.
Sahl bin Sa'd narrated that a slave woman became pregnant during the lifetime of the Messenger of Allah. She was asked: "Who made you pregnant?". She said: "That lame man." So he was asked, and he confessed. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "He cannot bear the lash, so strike him once with a bundle of one hundred sticks."

(١٧٠١٠) سہل بن سعد کہتا ہیں کہ ایک لونڈی عہد رسالت میں حاملہ ہوگئی۔ اس سے پوچھا گیا : تجھے کس نے حاملہ کیا ہے ؟ کہنے لگی : اس اپاہج نے تو اس سے پوچھا گیا : اس نے اعتراف کرلیا تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : کوڑے اس سے برداشت نہیں ہوں گے لہٰذا اسے سو لکڑیوں کے ایک گچھے سے ایک دفعہ مار دو ۔
Sehl bin Saad kehta hai ki aik laundi ahd risalat mein hamila hogayi. Iss se poocha gaya: Tujhe kis ne hamila kiya hai? Kehne lagi: Iss apahij ne, to iss se poocha gaya: Iss ne ikraar karliya to Nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya: Kore iss se bardasht nahi honge lihaza ise sau lakriyon ke aik gachhe se aik dafa maar do.
