Chapter: One who has intercourse with a forbidden relative or someone else's wife, or who is in a waiting period (Iddah) due to marriage or non-marriage, knowing it is forbidden
باب من وقع على ذات محرم له أو على ذات زوج، أو من كانت في عدة زوج بنكاح أو غير نكاح، مع العلم بالتحريم
Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 17052
Zayd bin Khalid Al-Juhani narrated that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Whoever commits fornication and is unmarried, then for him is one hundred lashes and banishment for one year."
Grade: Sahih
(١٧٠٥٢) زید بن خالد جہنی فرماتے ہیں کہ میں نے رسول اللہ (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) سے سنا، آپ نے فرمایا : جو زنا کرے اور غیر شادی شدہ ہو تو اس کے لیے سو کوڑے اور ایک سال کی جلا وطنی ہے۔
Zaid bin Khalid Jahni farmate hain ki maine Rasul Allah ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) se suna, Aap ne farmaya : Jo zina kare aur ghair shadi shuda ho to uske liye sau kore aur ek saal ki jala watani hai.
Bara' ibn 'Azib reported: My camel was lost and I was searching for it. Some horsemen came along, carrying a banner. Some Bedouins gathered around me, and because of my status with the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), they came to a tent and brought a man out of it and killed him. I asked them about it and they said: He married his father's wife.

(١٧٠٥٤) براء بن عازب فرماتے ہیں کہ میرا اونٹ گم ہوگیا تھا اور میں اسے تلاش کررہا تھا تو کچھ سوار آئے۔ ان کے ساتھ جھنڈا بھی تھا تو اعرابی میرے اردگرد اکٹھے ہوگئے، میرے نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) کی نظر میں مقام کی وجہ سے وہ ایک قبہ کے پاس آئے اس سے ایک شخص کو نکالا اور قتل کردیا۔ میں نے ان سے پوچھا تو بتایا : اس نے والد کی بیوی کے ساتھ شادی کی تھی۔
17054 Bara bin Aazeb farmate hain ke mera unt gum hogaya tha aur mein use talaash kar raha tha to kuch sawar aaye Un ke sath jhanda bhi tha to arabi mere ird gird ikatthe hogaye mere nabi SAW ki nazar mein maqam ki waja se wo aik qaba ke pass aaye us se aik shaks ko nikala aur qatal kar diya Maine un se pucha to bataya is ne walid ki biwi ke sath shadi ki thi
Bara' narrates from his paternal uncle that a man married the wife of his father, so the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) sent for him and he was killed.

(١٧٠٥٥) براء اپنے ماموں سے روایت کرتے ہیں کہ ایک شخص نے اپنے والد کی بیوی سے شادی کرلی تو نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے اس کی طرف بھیجا اور اس کو قتل کردیا گیا۔
(17055) Bara apne mamun se riwayat karte hain ke ek shakhs ne apne wald ki biwi se shadi karli to nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne uski taraf bheja aur usko qatl kar diya gaya.
Ibn Abbas narrated that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever commits adultery with a woman who is unlawful for him, then kill him."
Grade: Da'if
(١٧٠٥٦) ابن عباس فرماتے ہیں کہ نبی (صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم) نے فرمایا : جو اپنی کسی محرم عورت پر واقع ہو توا سے قتل کر دو ۔
(17056) ibne abbas farmate hain ke nabi ((صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)) ne farmaya : jo apni kisi mahram aurat par waqe ho to use qatal kar do .
