Sunan al-Kubra Bayhaqi 11606

Ala' bin 'Abdir Rahman bin Ya'qub narrates from his father, and he from his grandfather, Sanqal, who said: "I worked with the wealth of 'Uthman bin 'Affan (may Allah be pleased with him) on the condition that we would both be entitled to the profit."

(١١٦٠٦) علاء بن عبدالرحمن بن یعقوب اپنے والد سے اور وہ اپنے دادا سینقل فرماتے ہیں کہ انھوں نے حضرت عثمان بن عفان (رض) کے مال سے اس شرط پر کام کیا کہ نفع میں دونوں مستحق ہوں گے۔

Ala bin Abdurrahman bin Yaqub apne walid se aur wo apne dada sinqal farmate hain ki unhon ne Hazrat Usman bin Affan (RA) ke maal se is shart par kaam kiya ki nafa mein donon mustahiq honge.

١١٦٠٦ - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ الْمِهْرَجَانِيُّ، أنبأ أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، ثنا ابْنُ بُكَيْرٍ، ثنا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ يَعْقُوبَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ،" أَنَّهُ عَمِلَ فِي مَالٍ لِعُثْمَانَ بْنِ عَفَّانَ عَلَى أَنَّ الرِّبْحَ بَيْنَهُمَا "
